Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Orange Township

I went to this restaurant on Thursday evening around 7 o’clock I walked in to replace an order and the guy he’s a tall Latino kind light skinned told to use the kiosk and I’ve told him I need my food to be fresh he said just let us know and we’ll make it for you the kiosk was a little confusing and complicated and I don’t want a drink so I turned around he was by the register and I said it’s not giving me what I want can take my order or let me speak to the manager which is I believe her name is Alicia she’s a very nice girl he goes don’t talk to me like that I said what you mean I’ve asked you politely and nicely but the minute he pull he’s arm and point he’s finger to my face try to act tough I had to go off on him to straight him oil so disrespectful and rude he can barely speak English all i need is to speak with someone who understands me comprehend with me to solve the issue before it becomes a problem when I went off on him he freezd up he didn’t know what to say I’ve never seen an employee wants to argue with customer and fight a customer or a question these kind of employees need to be replaced bc it going to cost more harm and damage to the business and I’ve already contacted RBI which is the company who owns Popeys and I contacted Popeys corporate office too to take action for this manner it was very shameful and I walked away what if I had my kids with what will happen I do not recommend this restaurant to any one he’s extremely aut of...

Got the large combo two piece chicken meal. Specifically asked the person running the drive through if we could pick the chicken because I don't like white meat. Asked for a thigh and a drumstick. Was told that wasn't a problem because they were available. I get home and I have a breast and a wing! Seriously! I got the classic because I don't do spicy and there was no flavor whatsoever. I could not put enough salt on it to make it taste better. Obviously the wing had basically no meat on it and the breast was nothing but bones and really dry meat. Got fries that weren't ordered. So how do you complain about free food I guess. They were okay. The macaroni and cheese was not very good either. I placed my order online to be picked up at the drive through. There was a huge line at the drive through, so I went inside. There was a couple at the counter trying to place their order and the guy at the counter was very rude to them. A family had entered behind me. When I told the guy that I came inside because the drive through was packed, he took that as his signal to scold me for doing that. The couple at the counter were obviously pissed at the counter guy. The guy at the counter took a second opportunity to try and scold me for coming inside as he announced all of the menu items they were out of. Their soda machine was also out of ice. The family behind me left after he did that. If you're not ready to open, then don't. Have food on hand and have employees who can handle the job.
