First time visitor here. The location seems busy and well-travelled with a next door liquor store, and farmers market amongst the space. Upon entering the restaurant, i was greeted to an empty (presumably caused by covid complications), dingy dining hall with a not so welcoming yellow-y color scheme, if i may say so. There was a young woman there who tended to us and took our order. I said hello I'd like to place an order and all I heard was a click...I thought she put me on hold but it became apparent that she hung up on me. I called back thinking this was done in error. I said hello I called to place an order but was hung up on. The same young lady that answered the phone the first time said yes your phone had static and I wasn't going to talk through that. Rude is an understatement. If you cant hear a customer how about indicating that rather than just hanging up. I found it to be rude and very unprofessional. I hung up and ordered from the America's Best Wings in East Orange where I received a much higher quality of customer service. I've never had this issue with this place before and maybe it was an off night but I can't spend money some place that lacks in customer service. Maybe the staff needs to be retrained on phone etiquette but that'll be the last time I attempt to patronize that location. Very...
