A Menu That’s as Stacked as Their Deep Dish Stepping into BJ’s feels like a laid-back blend of sports bar meets family restaurant, with plenty of space, cozy lighting, and a vibe that says “bring your appetite.” I browsed through their extensive menu (seriously, it’s practically a book), and here’s the scoop: Food Highlights: • Snickers Pizookie: This is a must for dessert lovers. A warm brown sugar cookie loaded with Snickers chunks, ice cream, chocolate, and caramel drizzle? Yes, please. Sweet, rich, and totally indulgent. • Slow-Roasted Wings (Hot Honey Buffalo): Tangy, sweet, and just the right amount of heat—these wings slap! Perfect with a cold brew. • New Orleans Jambalaya: Packed with flavor and heat. A hearty, satisfying bowl that doesn’t skimp on shrimp or spice. • BJ’s Deep Dish Pizza: A gooey, cheese-loaded pie that’s as satisfying as it looks. The “BJ’s Favorite” is a carnivore’s dream. • Fryckle Fries: Limited-time crinkle-cut fries with sriracha aioli and ranch. Addictive and crunchy. Drinks & Sweets: • Tropical Wine Slushy: Sweet and refreshing, with a fruity punch. Think adult slushie with flair. • Lucky Ducky Gone Wild: Served in a literal bathtub with a rubber ducky—fun, kitschy, and dangerously drinkable. • Other Pizookies: From strawberry shortcake to Ghirardelli chocolate chip, the Pizookie game here is strong. Vibe & Service: The staff was friendly and efficient even during a busy hour. The crowd was a mix of families, date nights, and solo diners catching a game on one of the many TVs. It’s a great spot to chill, share bites, or go all-in on a personal feast. Overall: 4.5/5 BJ’s is a crowd-pleaser with something for everyone. From unique drinks to crave-worthy desserts, it nails casual dining with a little flair. Just be prepared for menu overload—it’s impossible to try everything in one visit

My bf and I go out to eat at a supply chain restaurant at least once a month. I was really excited for their $13 Pizookie Meal Deal! Parking: Free parking lot. Finding a spot can difficult since BJ’s is always busy, despite whether it’s a weekday or weekend. Ambiance/Environment: This spot is located within the OC Block. They have a large space with plenty of indoor seating. We visited on a Tuesday night, and it was still packed. There’s a bar in the back left, which you can walk up also. Service: Check in with the host/hostess at podium. We checked in around 18:20 and quoted a wait time of 20-30 min. We were seated at 18:39. Shout out to our server Sean! He was very courteous. Although since it was packed, throughput took approximately 45 min from when we placed our order to when we actually received it. Foods: 1) Southern Fried Chicken - The chicken was fried and cooked well. It could’ve been seasoned a bit better IMO, but the gravy saved it. There was a generous amount of mash potatoes and a splash of corn. 2) Classic Ribeye Steak 14 oz w/ rice pilaf & fries - We ordered this medium. The steak had a smoky taste which was delicious. The rice pilaf and fries tasted as expected. 3) Boneless Wings: half lemon pepper & buffalo - We did not like the lemon pepper wings, and the buffalo wings tasted as expected. The lemon pepper taste was very light, but the sauces saved it. 4) Triple Chocolate Pizookie - This is what I came for lol. Definitely chocolately & sweet. Perfect in satisfying the sweet tooth. Pricing: It’s what you’d expect from a supply chain restaurant $$$.

We came to this BJ’s on a Thursday around 7:30 pm. We had a party of four! Parking lot was almost full, few spots left right in front of the restaurant. But there was still plenty of parking in farther parking lots. No waiting to be seated! Walked right in. By the time we left, around 8:45 pm, there was lots of people in the lobby and outside waiting to be seated. Also, parking lots were pretty full by then. So come around 6 or 7 pm. Hostess in front was not too welcoming. She wasn’t rude, she just didn’t feel very inviting. No smiles, no welcome. Just straight to business. Again, there was no waiting, it was just us in line! Our waitress was cool. Very friendly, very helpful. Her name was Daysha (Not sure that I am spelling it correctly, she didn’t have a name tag.) it was a cool name. She was quick and accurate with our orders. The food was good. At least for most of us. My wife’s Buffalo chicken pizza was definitely not the best. It was very chewy, like uncooked dough, even though it looked cooked. She only had one slice. So we all shared from our meals with her. Our other meals were actually really good. No complaints there. My wife didn’t want to say anything, because she doesn’t trust it when we have to send something back. Luckily, this doesn’t happen often. We are regulars at BJ’s, just not the one at this location. I do love the BJ’s app. I’ve had it for a long time now. I don’t have to wait for the check, I can just pay it through the app!

LONG REVIEW: Be careful if you have a large party. This review is based off the service. Food was fine. Vibe was fine. We came here on 7/19/26 with a large group. Everything was fine until paying. This is basically from the waitress mistake that she made NOT ONCE but a few times. And still don’t understand how this happened. We tried to make it easier for Our waitress, Jacqueline T. And have the whole bill be paid on ONE card. She asks us about signing up to get reward points so we do since it will save us some money. Charges us out and sign the receipt. Then she comes back and says she forgot to deduct the reward points or whatever so she asks for the card again. She takes the all the receipts and then I Give her the card and she took awhile. She comes back saying my card didn’t go through. Which was odd so I look at my account. To find out she charged my card a few times with 2 different amounts. So I go up and tell her that my bank froze my account because she kept charging my card and so my bank thinks it’s fraud. Like i get people make misrakes but to make the same mistake 4 times is just ridiculous. The GM Olf comes and gives me a gift card saying it’s for the reward points that weren’t taken off so the gift card is the replacement. So I’m like ok whatever. So what amount am I looking for? They tell me the original amount that I sign off on and should be taken care of the next day. I’m like ok then gone for the night. Next day don’t see a charge so I’m like ok it’s the weekend I’ll wait til Monday. Monday comes along don’t see a charge but see that they reversed all the charges they made on my card. Come Wednesday, 5 days after since our party was there. No charge, no word from the restaurant. I stopped by spoke with the manager and she was nice but couldn’t figure it out and said she will talk to the other managers the next day and give me a call. Come next day. No charge, no card. So I call them and the GM old answers and says he’s emailed corporate so waiting on corporate to figure it out. So now it’s getting frustrating. He said corporate is supposed to call me when they figure it out. Come Friday, 1 week since going to this restaurant no call from corporate BUT they charged my card. You would think they would call you first before charging your card but nope BUT it was a different amount then what they told me or what I signed off for.. so then finally come Saturday a week later they figured it out and said the transaction is closed. Whole experience was frustrating and that’s why I give 1 star. If it wasn’t for the waitress’ mistake of swiping my card so many times this would’ve happened. Sometimes paying a large party’s bill on one card doesn’t make it easier but more difficult. The GM even said himself he wasn’t doing a very good job solving this and kept apologizing. That waitress should either get more training on large party transactions OR not take on a large party. We tried to make it easy on the waitress to just put the bill on 1 card yet her mistakes became a disaster and took them 1 week 7/26/24 to actually charge my card. They say they will contact you yet they dont and youll actually be the one following up with them because youre getting frustrated. I could’ve made this more difficult on management and the waitress and dispute the charge but didn’t want to go that far and just get this over with. Won’t be coming back to THIS location anytime soon. Careful if you have...

I work at a school. Teaching high school kids w| disabilities (Mild/Severe). We take these kids on outings once out the week to get them use to the community for when they leave high school and become adults. On Tuesday October 24, 2023 ( MY BIRTHDAY ) we went on an outing to BJs at the block . I had a strawberry sald &&’ some lemon pepper wings all the kids had pizza &&’ fries except 1 he had chicken strips &&’ fries. Soon as I bit into the salad &&’ swallow my first bite I start coughing as if I was choking , so I drank some soda ( Pepsi) to wash whatever it was that was making me cough down. That didnt work ! So now my coworker pats my back asking if Im ok . Im telling her yeah Idk whats going on. Moving foward we all are almost done one of my students gets up from the table holding his mouth running to the bathroom because he had to vomit , so of course one of the other teachers runs w| him . I look &&’ say to another teacher “ omg what they trying to do poison us “ jokingly because I was just coughing uncontrollably when we first got there . Now at this point we are leaving I stand up &&’ I immediately have sharp pains in my stomach , so of course I think its gas so I go to the restroom , I stand there for a lil minute &&’ the pain goes away (didnt pass gas ) , so we leave get back to the school everything is fine. Soon as I get home I have bad diarrhea and a headache out of this world. I call off the next day the other teacher calls out &&’ states that she has bodyaches and a fever, &&’ a few of our students were out, so I immediately call BJs talk to a manager he offers to refund the 2 debit cards used , ok cooo. But the kids bring cash money to pay for their food how will that be refunded , so I go there a few days later to explain to the manager that I have to give these parents back their money for the kids check, MARTY give me a gift card saying that they dont do cash refunds, so I kindly let them know like look these parents want they money back I cant distribute that w| a gift card MARTY the manager that was on site that day was very rude asking me questions about that day &&’ how much was this &&’ that as if Im lying about what transpired. So I contacted CHAD from bjs risk management because Im trying to figure out how yall basically food poisoned us and think that we wanna come back there to eat w| yall gift card. CHAD did not answer me and I left 2 voicemails !! Waited 24 hours for him to contact me back and now Im here w| this review Im so disgusted and scared to eat at bjs because clearly whoever is preparing this food is not being clean back there. The health department need to go figure out what is going on in that kitchen. My students already have disabilities and you guys trynna have their immune system messed up and bodies in pain because your not being clean!! Majority of them are non verbal they cant even tell is whats wrong 😢😢 it just makes me so sad they already go through enough as it is and I dont appreciate the unprofessionalism the rude managers acting like they cant acommodate my students it is rude and disrespectful and I wouldnt eat there if I was you. MARTY never apologized for what happened to us eating at that restaurant. That whole kitchen need to be CHECKED THOROUGHLY. That is nasty. My students vommiting and calling out because they dont feel good. This is...

My friend and I visited BJs for happy hour. After getting the Covid Vaccine, I was so excited to be going out in public. We wanted to order drinks and some appetizers and wanted to decide on dinner while we sat and chatted. We arrived at the restaurant around 5:25 and there was no wait. We were seated within about 5 minutes. I sat at the table, while my friend went to the restroom. The waiter appeared, I asked for water, and said my friend would return in a couple minutes. After she returned we waited almost half an hour for the waiter to return. My friend went to the front desk asking where our waiter was. When he showed up, he was at the next table. We waved at him and he walked away. A few minutes later he returned with our waters. We ordered drinks, asked what foods were on the happy hour menu and ordered the spinach artichoke dip for $6. Then we waited and waited and waited. In the meantime, another waiter came over, and told us our waiter had gone on break. We asked about our drinks. Twenty minutes later they arrived after multiple apologies, and the waiter putting the order in again. Five minutes later,( about 6;20), another waiter shows up with another drink for me (which I had not ordered). We decided that we were not ordering dinner.

We asked for the check figuring it would take a while. When it arrived, we noticed that the $6 dip was $12.75. We asked about that and were told that we had to specifically tell them that we were ordering happy hour, otherwise it was full price. When we ordered, it was after the waiter listed the happy hour items and prices, so he knew. They ended up comping the appetizer. We paid the bill of $19.40 with a $100 bill. The waiter actually asked if we wanted change. We said yes. When the change arrived, it was $80. When we questioned the waiter why the bill was rounded up, he replied that they don't bring change unless asked. I will admit that 60 cents isn't a big deal, but I expect the change to be the right amount, not the amount they want to give me. I doubt the restaurant would be happy if I rounded down my bill. We informed him that 40 cents should have been rounded down in our favor, it shouldn't have been rounded up to theirs. I mean every 4th grader knows you round up at 5.

The drinks and the appetizers were fine, but what was supposed to be a pleasant drink out with a friend turned out to be not very fun. Next time I want to go to a chain restaurant in that shopping center, I will go to El Torito or TGI Fridays. It was an evening of terrible service, that never improved. I wouldn't recommend this...
