Delicias Express — Restaurant in Orange

The front desk girl named cutie said she didn’t have a menu at a little after 12 pm … I’ve ordered from them plenty of times. I’ve had pupusa’s. They’re all good. Delicious . I ordered the most expensive thing on the menu steak and shrimp.delicious. I wanted to order again today and she said she had no menu to give me, as I forgot the title of the menu, and I just wanted to be specific. But even when I verbalized how it went, she pretended like she had no idea what I was talking about. Very terrible service and when the so-called boss was put on the phone, they didn’t do anything for me to make it work, come to find out she didn’t call a REAL BOSS! I had the worst customer service so unfortunately after going there many times as I did like the food, the service is absolutely terrible so I cannot go back there. After going back-and-forth with her for about five minutes, another woman walked into the store. And she immediately tended to her and gave her the food that was in the already made area, which is fine, but you weren’t done with me ! I’m sure someone else has some good steak and shrimp that I can get from somewhere else. If you like rude people , kind of like a lottery. You never know what you’re gonna get, then go there! As for me, I will pass such a shame, because I did enjoy the food. If you get some thing that is in the premade area, you’ll get immediate service, but forget it if you want something cooked to order straight from the menu, “that does not exist” according to the worker that was there at noon on the October 17 2023 (supposedly named cutie) you’ll be screwed and told that they don’t have a menu or some other nonsense. Why? As someone who lives right around the way and orders from the local spots all the time, at least once a week for you to lose my business is very stupid move but to each their own!...

Absolutely horrendous. I walked into Delicias Express hoping for a decent lunch, and instead, I was served a disaster on a plate. The food was terrible—bland, overcooked, and completely unappetizing. It wasn’t just disappointing; it was outrageous. I genuinely don't understand how anyone could think this was acceptable to serve.

This meal shattered my hopes and dreams of enjoying even a remotely good lunch. I've had better meals at gas stations. Never again. Save your time, your money, and your taste buds—do not go here. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy.
