Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Orange

I would actually give less than one star if I could but you're not given that option. 🥺 I had been going there for about a year or so before tonight. Really bad experience tonight! I ordered a sausage pizza and paid the bill. Got home and everyone started commenting how there were no sausage. I have noticed that the toppings have been getting progressively less at that location I don't have an explanation as to why. Honestly there were like less than a half handful of pieces of sausage on a large. My daughter was so upset as she wanted sausage not cheese pizza. 🤦‍♀️ Anyway, so I call to leave a general comment. NOT looking for free product at all just sharing so that maybe next time I don't experience same. Welp needless to say I called back a second time after being told that I could have a free pizza basically to say no thanks I honestly didn't want to make another trip. On that call a worker there basically called me a liar as I "must be mistaken because our toppings are all pre measured". Okay now I'm annoyed because anyone who knows me knows I'm too honest. Why in the world would I lie about food??? When I attempted to explain that at the restaurant I was treated like I was the problem. Sad experience as I had been a customer for over a year of not just that location but several and my daughter loves their pizza. Super disappointed. So much so that I left the pizza on the table for anyone else that would like it since, as I tried to explain before with my second call, I really didn't need another pizza at that time and I didn't want it to go to waste. I order three topping pizza I asked for onion green pepper and mushroom pizza I got contain olives and no onion and And when I came back to check if this is my order he said yes it’s your order and I repeat the ingredients three times and , in fact he did not repeat at all I said for him but I don’t eat olives, And he repeats saying that I repeat the order three times once I was at the register and once I came back to sit on the table and it sounds like he is annoyed and it felt like he could do anything to my pizza because he’s the one who took it and try to make me a new one so I did not feel right to be at that place because it’s kind of insulting to repeat the same sentence of his repeated the order And I don’t trust he’s doing my pizza the guy who is the cashier to fix his mistake on something I’m going to eat so I left the store without pizza and without asking for my money I would never ever come back to this store anymore

Usually if I go to a place and find something wrong I don’t say it because if that restaurant Does not have a system to correct itself and it’s employees behaviors Then it’s going to fail eventually But this time I think I should write it on the place location at google map because if felt insulted by a manager of the place who tries to sound so much rude by repeat say and lying that he repeated my order 3 times and also because people reading nowadays the previews of previous experiences of that place and that’s matter and that’s why am...

This is not a good place to order food at all. There are so many dishonest people there. Usman is the most dishonest person I have ever come across. I ordered cheese bread with bacon, paid for it over the phone and the wrong bread was delivered. I understand everyone makes mistake. I called the store to complain and I was told a new order would be delivered. I waited after an hour and called again, I was told they forgot so they are making it 2 and should arrive within 30 minutes. After an hour nothing showed up so I called again. I was told this time that it had been delivered. I asked this guy where did the driver deliver it because I don’t have anything. He asked me to hold on. After about 3 minutes he came back on the phone and told me the driver was just 5 minutes away from my house. I hung up and waited for another 45 minutes and at this time I was fuming with anger. I called the store again and the guy told me they are refunding my money back to my card because he couldn’t get anyone to deliver. I was so angry because for about 3 hours he had lied to me over and over and over and now I have to wait for 24 hours to get my refund. This is extortion.
