By far and away, the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to.
For starters, the drive-thru was only five cars long and the parking lot was empty and after 10 minutes when the drive-thru didn't move I figured going inside was probably better. Boy was I wrong. I'm not sure if there was only two people working or if there were other issues, but just like the drive-thru the front was completely empty. There were a couple people eating and two others in line that had gone in some time before me.
When help finally came, The first guy's order was taken and then the employee completely disappeared. 5 minutes later he comes back and completes the transaction and then takes the next guy and then disappears mid transaction again. He gets to me while he's mid transaction with the other guy. I had to get my own receipt and my own water cup because like the previous two I was ignored mid transaction.
It took a crazy long time to get a couple tacos and some fries. When I finally did they were so unbelievably overdone that it was almost inedible. It didn't seem crazy busy to me, but if there really are only two people working at the time then I can see how they're in over their heads.
Now I haven't even discussed all of the tagging and scratch windows on the inside. It was crazy how unkept and filthy this place is. This is Villa Park, it's not a slum but Jack in the box. Sure perpetrates it like it is.
There are some Jack in the boxes near me and get a lot of hate but none is more deserving...

Today's coffee Boba Disappointing. The Boba is Hard, discolored n not round fluffy n chew as Fresh Boba should be. Do the look at this daily ? Do they do a taste test daily ? 🤔 Boba should not be dried out n or hard.
Today again I have 64 point yet app won't let me use 60 points on myBurger. So i odered 2 burgers n 2 tacos yet Jr the guy can not count to 2 n 2 is 4 items n only gave me one burger but i drove around n came back as i check my bag n guess who does not need to ask why im back he already knows he owes me a burger. Now for $20.00 an hr you would think they could hire people who can count at least up to 20... Last time: I was trying to use that app today n it was not letting me get the jacks birthday free Tacos. So I decided to get the burger n use my points 64 to get free 60 point burger but it won't let me do that either. No One is in the drive thru line so I drive up to the window for help with the app. The manager rudely intreputs me while talking to the guy at the drive thru window from my car no one is behind me noone is ordering . Yet the manager tells me we can't help you with the app you need to get out of here you need to move on we are on a timer . What the hell I go to Jack n the box once or twice a week n he treats a customer like this... what timer dang . 😳 I'm calling...
Read moreWhen I went through the drive thu over a month ago they asked what size combo and we said Medium. I guess they were out of medium containers and so they gave a small without asking what size we would prefer instead. They forgot my fries, straw and there was little, to no meat on the tacos. I tried to contact customer service on the Jack in the box website and I got no call or response from a person.
I tried this jacks again a few weeks thinking it was a fluke. Once again through the drive thru and once again my order was messed up and did not taste right. I wrote Jack in the box again and again no response. In both instances the had an automated email send a week later to see if I was contacted. I followed the prompts both times and gave the correct number and no response.
I love Jack in the box and I loved how consistent each location used to be. The other Jacks off Katella is awesome. This location needs to get it together. Also, corporate Jacks customer needs to get it together. I am a boss in the customer service industry and I would have addressed a customer issue right away.
