I have never encountered any problems with the CVS located in the Target. Today I picked up a prescription and since it was a prescription I had never taken I asked for a consult. I noticed as the young girl approached the counter that she was fumbling with the attached paper work. When she got to the counter I could hardly understand what she was saying, speaking very low. Never did she give me the name of the prescription or say what it was for. She was reading bullet points off the paper work( I could have done that)I asked a question about what time of day to take the medicine, she looked at the attached paper and said” in the morning “. Before she left the counter I noticed her name tag said she was in training. Maybe it’s just me but I think if someone is in training shouldn’t someone be with them to show the proper way to give a consult? I’m allergic to a lot of different meds and it actually was a CVS pharmacist that caught a prescription I had been given that I could not take.
