Panda Express — Restaurant in Orange

We ordered online and i went to pick up my order. I went straight to the cash register where is said online order pickup. There were two people ahead of me so I waited patiently. After the cashier helped the two people ahead of me, she began helping other people in the line that had placed orders and wouldn't make eye contact with me. After the third person i yelled excuse me to get her attention and told her I had an online order to pick up. She said she would help me Ina moment. It took a minute and she asked me for the name of my order which I provided. She asked me to confirm my phone number. I gave it to her twice and she told me I was wrong. I showed her the screenshot of my order with my number which is exactly what I was telling her and she finally said ok and handed my order. I don't know if they were understaffed or what but what's the point of placing an online order for pickup if I have to wait behind the people who are ordering in the store. They should have two different cashier's helping...

Food is great but poor customer service! My husband and I always notice that the associates who work here have poor demeanor and poor disposition. Today was an example of a horrific attitude from an associate who was fixing my order. Beware of LILIANA- disrespectful, nonchalant and careless. I was asking her in a polite manner to make sure all the condiments are in the bag and she just shouted aggressively at me, while angrily putting my order away, saying "IT's IN THE BAG!!!!" I could not believe what I heard from this lady. She did not ring me up, and left me waiting. The manager didn't care. No apologies or anything. And worst, Liliana helped the next customer in a respectful tone and good manner? I even feel more disrespected. How can Panda hire people...

The worst branch of Panda! The service is extremely bad, and the girls preparing the orders are incredibly rude and arrogant. Their reception is the worst, especially the girl who wears glasses—her attitude towards customers is very arrogant, rude, and extremely discriminatory.

She treats female customers with even more hostility, as I’ve experienced multiple times, along with other women. Her behavior is aggressive, discriminatory, and unprofessional. She doesn’t care about orders, waves her hands dismissively, and acts in a disrespectful manner. Her attitude is terrible, and I don’t think she takes her job seriously.

I do not recommend anyone to visit this branch. The service is zero, and the reception and customer treatment...
