Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Orange

I ordered a mini Italian sub and a roast beef and provolone they were made beautifully. I got both minis they are on the most wonderful roll. Totally the best sandwich I’ve had from anybody. I have never had a bad experience at Jersey Mikes but after today I will never go back to this location! Walked in and ordered a regular #13 mikes way on wheat same thing I always get should be simple enough right? They told me it was going to be 10 to 15 minutes which sounds reasonable considered there getting phone orders and everything is going slow because of covid-19. I waited for about 45 minutes to an hour might have been longer to find out they gave me a giant #26 and a #13 on Italian bread without making it mikes way. Waited my entire lunch to get a sandwich I didn’t order and my sandwich completely wrong! Not complaining about the extra food but you couldn’t even get the sandwich right that I ordered. I love the sandwiches at Jersey Mikes but this location is no where near as good as the one by my old place in El Segundo. I agree with the other 2 reviews. The 3 or 4 times I have been here I noticed they give less meat. I thought the first 2 times maybe it was just the person making it but it's been like that every time now. The one I used to go to had energetic and good workers. Rang a bell when you tipped them and were friendly. This one tries to be that way but it just doesn't come across the same.
