Mr Kold Kuts — Restaurant in Orange

Went to visit a grandmother in Connecticut. She likes to eat here so she recommended. Well called ahead for 4 sandwiches they said about 1/2 hour no problem. I leave get there 40 min after phone call. Wasn’t even busy. Walk inside and their was one family ahead of me. My turn gave them my name and they can’t find the order. Well she looked else where and found it. The one employee took the order and just put it to the side. The one who took it was outside smoking. So he walks in and she asks did you fill this order yet he said oops I forgot. So now waiting for another 10-15 min while they fill my sandwich order. No apology no sorry no discount. Nada. Paid for my order and left. And no tip from me. I don’t even live in Connecticut. So got back and ate. In my opinion Chicken Sandwich was at OK at best nothing great. My wife got the eggplant. That was nothing to jump up and down about either. It was mostly mush eggplant with sauce. Slow service for me and food wasn’t great. Rated two stars one for service and one for food. Would not...

My go-to place for sandwiches. I love their sandwiches. They are so delicious. The pasta and broccoli that they sometimes have is also amazing. The lady that works there is so nice. She always gives me and my kids a free dessert. This place gets 4 stars instead of 5 because of the fact that they don't use gloves when making the sandwiches, and because the price is $12 for one sandwich. Mad at myself for not speaking up and requesting woman owner wash her hands before preparing my sub. After rubbing her face with both open hands, didn’t even think to wash them before touching food.
