Went to this Starbucks this morning and ordered my same caramel macchiato with whip cream and extra caramel drizzle: so this is what happened.. young lady name Julia took my payment and handed me what I thought was my order. I drive off and start of course drinking my coffee.. well a few seconds later it’s dawn on me that it wasn’t my order when my mouth started to become itchy. I made a uturn real quick and headed back to this store where I find out that I was given someone else order that had almonds in it!! 😡😱 side note IM ALLERGIC TO ALMONDS AND HAZELNUT!!!!!! I was shocked livid and surprised. But it gets better. The person at the register said we could redo the order after she told me I was given someone else order.. I told her I’m allergic to almonds and she redid my original order.. I asked for a manager and explained my situation that was actually their distraction they put on me very nicely and she said ok.. sorry.. did you get another order.. I was again floored.. she didn’t pull the young lady Julia was her name from the window to coach her on potentially killing me, just an ok!! I called my husband who in return works in corporate and he told me to file a complaint because at his company that is what would have been done: So it’s about 45 min later since my unwanted allergic reaction and after one Benadryl I feel better but I will never forget how one person not reading the coffee cup right could have caused me more unwanted havoc. Read moreTucked along Boston Post Road at #538, this Starbucks outpost delivers the familiar 'Bucks experience with gleaming efficiency. The striking white-brick façade and generous glass frontage welcome you into a space where light wood and those signature muted greens create the coffee giant's trademark atmosphere.
Leather banquettes invite lingering, while the minimalist furnishings and nature photography maintain that clean, corporate aesthetic we've come to expect. The lighting deserves special mention: thoughtfully designed track systems create pockets of warmth throughout.
The queue situation? A bit freestyle during rush hours! But those green-aproned baristas keep things moving with practiced precision, even if the interactions feel more assembly-line than artisanal. Seating comfort varies wildly, avoid that drafty entrance in winter months and head for the central zone instead (though those wooden chairs clearly whisper "drink up and move along, friend!").
Yes, your wallet will feel the familiar $8.75 latte pinch that exceeds local indie pricing, but you're paying for that consistency, aren't you? The menu holds no surprises, just the reliable Starbucks lineup with seasonal options rotating through.
For coffee lovers seeking the comforting predictability of the Starbucks experience: clean, efficient, and utterly dependable, this location delivers exactly what you expect... nothing more, nothing less. A corporate hug in a...
Read moreI usually come here before work and normally they’re great. The employees are SO nice and make my morning good. And I get the right orders. However the last two times my orders been messed up and I wouldn’t normally say something but it was like half my order:/ I ordered just a plain bagel, toasted, with cream cheese. I get the bagel and nothing else. No CC or even a knife. I’m not going back through the long line for CC (bc it’s so busy), so i just have plain bread for breakfast. The CC is half my order…. And they keep the CC by the cashier which is separate from where they make the bagels. I feel like if you’re going to keep making this mistake you should move that stuff to the place where the bagels are made so it’s actually remembered. It’s kinda annoying to not get 1/2 of the order. Other than that...
