First time trying Shanghai Gourmet. Food was tasty but more importantly healthy and fresh, not salty or greasy. We tried the chicken fried rice; vegetable fried rice (it does have egg in it unless specified to exclude); fried dumplings (meat); fried vegetable dumplings; and general tso's chicken (mild spiciness).
