I wanted to go to Roxy’s but it’s a bit further away. I saw this Teriyaki place close to my house and thought I’ll go give it a try. I noticed nobody was there when I arrived which was concerning. I went in and looked at the menu and honestly, nothing looked good to me. It was the blandest Teriyaki food I might have ever seen based on their pictures. I thought to myself should I just go to McDonald’s next door? Then I thought, well I’m going to spend about the same, but I wonder if they can do a Yakisoba stir fry. I ask the lady at the counter if they can do a Yakisoba stir fry and she says yes we have that on the menu. On the menu, it shows a picture of Yakisoba noodles with no sauce and vegetables on the top with no sauce and chicken on top of that. The picture looks like a dry meal that is unappetizing. I decided to pass on that option of the “Yakisoba stir fry”. I now look for a second choice and see fried rice that doesn’t look that appealing based on the pictures, but give it the benefit of the doubt and ask if I can do the chicken fried rice but instead of white rice, have it with brown rice. She says yes, we can do that. Great! Not exactly what I was looking for, but good enough. I pay for my meal and sit down. Two minutes later it’s bagged up and she says it’s ready. Wow, that was fast. Concerning fast. Again, I give the benefit of the doubt, take my food and go home. When I get home, I open the bag and box of food to find a bed of brown rice, chicken on the top, and a side of what is suppose to be salad. Not what I ordered… I was really bummed out and wish I would have spent the time to drive to Roxy’s or just go to McDonald’s next door. I’d rather suppose local when possible, but I’m not sure how my order was so wrong when I was literally was the only one there and they were not working on any other orders, but instead just sitting around. I’ll try almost anything once, but I won’t try this...
Read moreFood was very sloppily made, and overcooked wasn’t given any teriyaki with our food even though she said it was in the boxes. The Lady was incredibly rude to my brother on my phone while ordering and to my Father and I when we picked it up. Finally with Covid being a major concern and social distancing being a big thing, this lady didn’t care at all she was giving nobody any space. The gentleman in front of us was trying to finish paying and get his stuff together she didn’t care she was trying to get people through there faster than cattle going out for slaughter. I love Soy Grill every other location is great! I won’t be eating at the Oregon City...
Read moreCalled for an order for pick up and for some reason the lady I was ordering with couldn’t understand my order why was simple. Chicken beef combo, and chicken teriyaki, side of potstickers. After having to repeat myself 3 times she signed and finally repeated it back to me correctly. Said okay bye and hung up didn’t ask for my name or give me a time to pick up. She was so rude made me not even want to pick the food up. She had an attitude when I picked up the food as well. Horrible customer service definitely won’t be back the food is also not work $33 I can make it better myself at home. You definitely lost me as a...
