OC Outlet — Local services in Oregon City

I have read the reviews and sadly I want to say whoever the owner is doesn't care about them. This store has used tooth brushes that could give someone hepatitis C and other communicable diseases. The knives they sell are completely worn, rusted and broken. The Rugs for 300.00 need cleaning, the list goes on. Its concerning that they sell most of everything broken or missing pieces. MAKING your Business and Public a priority is not the goal of this business at this point. The store specializes in returns and items that are no longer sold at the big retail stores they were intended for.

The owners/managers seem to overprice the majority of items, eventhough they purchase this stuff for pennies on the dollar.

We needed a twin size mattress; it was 5:20pm when we arrived at the store, thinking we had plenty of time to look downstairs. We walked in, headed to the back stairs only to be greeted by the chain going across as it was now "closed". Just the downstairs.
