I havenāt had an easy experience at this pharmacy even once but this weekend was the cherry on top. Iām sick, my whole family is sick, I need a prescription to be started on a specific day and time in order to prepare for an upcoming surgery. Iām sure most people have urgent needs when it comes to a prescription⦠not just me, and I get that. However I go to fill it on Saturday. They say itāll take a couple hours. I ask if I can pick it up first thing the next day bc Iām currently fairly ill, they say @sure itāll definitely be ready by tomorrow morningā. Great! Thank you! I wait until noon to pick it up the following day but⦠itās not ready. They donāt even know what prescription Iām picking up! Itās the only one I e dropped off! They say itāll be a few hours. Okay⦠so I go back hours later and the drive thru is closed, but no indication theyāre open at all just a sign that says pharmacist is out and no prescriptions can be filled. I call the store to ask what is going on and let them know Iāll need my written prescription back so I can fill it somewhere else and guess what??? The people are in the pharmacy filling prescriptions but didnāt want to deal with the drive thru. Sure you donāt. Thatās fine. Just put up a sign that says ācome insideā. Hire more staff Walgreens! Treat your employees better and Iām sure the customers...

The only times I don't have issues with the coupons being taken off or the deals being done right is with the cashier named Barb. She's amazing, and everything always goes super smooth with her. As for everyone else? Nope. Not only do they ring up the deals incorrectly and neglect to take off digital coupons, but they give ME attitude when I nicely point it out. And trust me, I'm no Karen. I hate confrontation, and anything I say is usually said in a sweet way or I don't even point it out at all. And I always double check to make sure I'm doing everything right on my end as well, but for some reason I still end up having issues here. So not gonna lie, it makes me very hesitant...

I call it in early, I check on it a couple days before I need it, and still it's never there on time. And then they give me part of it, which in turn previously makes me pay me copay again. And then my manufacturers coupon won't work, and my copay is alot more expensive. I've tried to call and explain everything, but it still never seems to go through the way it's supposed to. Every other walgreens seems to get it right whenever I'm traveling so it has to be someone in this store Making things alot harder than it...
