It's very unfortunate that due to one manager and my last experience, I had to go out of my way to make a bad review. Instead of making sure I was a satisfied customer, I was told by the tall, skinny, young male manager that my E-tickets had to be printed out and he refused to scan my tickets in my phone. I've been to this exact theatre on 3 previous occasions within the last 2 months and used the E-ticket scanner and had no issues with two different managers. Furthermore, they never acted like it was a problem or told me to print them out next time. I buy E-tickets through perks at work with my employer because I gain reward points, so I purchase and use them everytime I go to the movies and this is the first time it's EVER been an issue. I thought the entire purpose of purchasing tickets online was for the convenience? This manager wants me to print the tickets so he "can have a copy" for his records?😂 Ummm, it's called technology and a data base, I'm not wasting my time, ink or paper when there's a barcode in my phone that I know works perfectly fine from previous experiences. Even if I'm wrong and the previous managers were just being accommodating, I felt the way the manager handled the situation was completely unprofessional and was the worst customer service he could've possibly provided in this situation... THE OUTCOME?... I was embarrassed and I ended having to pay the $49.20 for 4 more tickets so mine and my families night wasn't ruined. I'm never going to this theatre again, and since we recently moved to Clackamas, we made this our regular theatre instead of going to the mall, which is much closer to our home. My family and I will take our business elsewhere and I will not be recommending this theatre to anyone, quite the opposite actually... BYE!!!...
(EDIT ADDED 1/30/18)... I contacted the regional manager and was quickly mailed 4 free movies tickets. This manager even went one step further and addressed this issue with all managers and has established that NO hard copies of E-tickets will be required. I have continued to frequent this theatre we loved prior to this situation and have had no issues. Thank you for going above and beyond and rectifying...
Read moreWell let me star with I was going to give this place a 5 star when I left the theater. The place was very clean, the seats were very comfortable, there's enough room for everybody to be comfortable, this way you don't feel crowded. They have all the safety equipment if anything dangerous happens. What can I say? I would have gave it a five-star; but this is what happened I took with me my extra battery pack and my phone cord. So my phone could charge while I was at the movies. Well when I got home I didn't have it. So I looked at the movie theater up. So I can report that I lost it there. When you call that number. You have to press a number for loss stuff. That number then forwards you to another number. Then you have to press another number and then it forwards you back to the original theater. So when I called I told the lady what theater I was in what time I was there. The lady that works here with well, there's a movie going on right now. But after the movie will get someone to go look for it. She also told me they would call me back after work if they found it Or call me in the morning when they open up at 11 a.m. So at 11 a.m. the next day no one called me. So I tried to call them and no one was picking up. So me and my friend drove to the movie theater, because online it says that it will open up at 11 a.m. When I got there. They were not open yet. One of the workers came out and told me they would open up at 12. We came back at 12 and they still weren't open. Other people went up there and they told them they'll be open at 12:15. When we all set out there and waited to 12:15. We went up there and they didn't told us it would be 12:30 p.m. I think this is crazy. If you post online or anywhere that you're going to be open at a certain time. You should be open at that...
Read moreI will say this is the 1st negative experience I've had an it will def be a learning exp and maybe help others avoid this happening to them. We purchased tickets early for the next showing... showed up at 5pm to buy tickets for the 7:20 show- the ticket girl sold us tickets to the 4:35 showing... we didn't even think to look at out tickets... so as we're seated in our seats for the 7:20 show this family comes up to us and politely says I think your in our seats... we of course pull out out ticket stubs and show them we are in the seats we purchased- so a manager was called to figure out why they would have sold the same seats twice... that is when the manager points out our tickets were for the previous showing at 4:35. I then showed him the time stamp of our purchase and he says well technically that show was still going when u purchased these tickets- I said that might be but I said 7:20 showing so u guys messed up... manager leaves and said he will see what he can do- comes back and offers us two seats together in the very front row or 2 separate seats in various locations of the theater... no apologies, just matter of fact. Wanting to stay together we took the seats in the front row which just made this bad experience even worse... front row seat that close to a huge screen made for horrible distorted picture and bad headache. I would hope they at least coached the young gal working the ticket booth and management could use some training in customer service and apologies. We will be back but can make sure I will always double check my ticket stubs...
