Bar Fly's — Restaurant in Oregon

The last time I was there, a female bartender\waitress would not serve me anymore because I reported her to the owner of the Bar Flys. Also the cook went outside ay the same time when I was trying to talk to the owner. This didn't concern him, it was between me and the owner. But I was cool about the whole matter because I didn't want the owner having problems like this with other individuals like I did. The other said that he would talk to her and take care of it. Oh this rude bartender took care of it alright by denying me service when I tried one last time. I was going to give it a second chance but no longer!

You see, this girl whom I reported, kept ignoring me after I told​ her, time and time again that “I had to go, I don't want to be late for my Dialysis.” FOR GOD SAKE THAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME. ITS MY LIFE SHE IS PLAYING WITH! SHE MAY KNOW THIS OR NOT BUT EVERY MINUTE I DON'T GO ITS MY LIFE IN DANGER. YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, DO RESEARCH ON IT! She had my debit card and I wasn't going to leave the place without it. I paid the moment I arrived so that it's taken care off.

She attended to everyone except me! I really don't know what her problem is with me?! I would have never reported her to the owner if she wasn't disregarding in giving me my debit card back. Most of the bartenders are nice and I never had any problems with them except her.

So I gave it one more chance, but she said she won't serve me... Oh well, they just lost a loyal customer. The food was kinda expensive anyways, but I didn't mind but it was the way I was treated... It's not worth the trouble! So that was the last time I showed up there. I did like most of the food BUT NOT TO THE POINT OF DEALING WITH SOMEONE LIKE HER!!! CUSTOMERS ARE LIKELY TO COME BACK MORE WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT HOSPITALITY WHICH SHE DIDN'T SHOW ME. I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT, I USED TO WORK IN MANY RESTAURANTS.

She maybe nice to other people but not to me... Everyone should be treated equally matters who they are!!! This is not a place I will never go back to again. Maybe it's because I don't order alcohol??? I'm not a drinker. If I go to bars, I go to dance, or sing or eat. I socialized with my friends and that's it.

PS. BY THE WAY, THEY CHARGE EXTRA IF TAKE THE FOOD TO GO. JUST BECAUSE OF THE BOX THEY PROVIDE FOR YOU. HOW...

updated to add most recent visit despite saying we wouldnt be back... for the first time EVER, i was confronted by the young man that was working on 1st review visit. The staff started out by rudely informing me he had been approached by the owner as a result of my review. He was glaring and confrontational, speaking loud enough for other customers to hear what he was saying. A couple of times I attempted to explain again my perspective regarding the review, he only continued to disrespect me and interrupt me. When informed that another review would be made he replied, "so" and repeated that when i told him i had never been treated this way before at any establishment. 1st review --"Absolutely disgusted with recent changes...very limited food choices even though they are still using their old menu with numerous options that are no longer available. Pool now costs PER GAME, when one perk of coming here was playing pool and paying for it by the hour. New bartenders on a regular basis who seem to be "newbies" in making drinks. The bartender cannot even answer questions as to the changes that are occurring. Any training being done here? We will NOT be back as their are too many cut corners. Sad really, used to enjoy...

I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 for a couple reasons. There is an two individuals that work during the day that have been great nothing like over the top up your ass type of waiting on you but definitely attentive to people's needs friendly and seem genuinely like they are there and just good people. However we had one experience in the evening time that my boyfriend could not stand the bartender which I don't disagree we never got service except for we went up there and she served us the most expensive tequila there was after we asked for Jose cuervo and we were told that they don't carry that so we said we'll give us something different she gave us something that was $18 is insane. And then never came and waited on us were checked on us after that. All she seemed to care about was one of the guys sitting on the other side of the bar.
