Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Oregon

I don't even want to do one star!!!

So, I'm not sure where to write this review but it really needs to be heard.

Today, I went to Starbucks in Kroger on Navarre Ave in Toledo, Ohio. I ordered a cream frappe base with toffee nut and Carmel. The lady who was taking my order gave me a look like I was the most stupid human being. She cocked so much attitude. Another sweet girl just took her place. After she did, the original lady went to the side and was mocking me saying "if you don't want coffee don't come to a coffee shop" then just continued making fun of me and making snide remarks. This is very hard for me. I enjoy Starbucks. But, due to many health issues I can't handle strong coffee. So, I never order actual coffee. I tend to go to frappes. They half butt made my drink on top of ALL of this. I have just recently gotten into Starbucks after finding a drink from you guys that doesn't cause strong anxiety attacks due to how much the coffee hypes me up. I wasn’t greeted upon arrival and I was the only customer in the area of the Starbucks inside of Krogers on Navarre Ave., it was just before 2pm. it was a couple of minutes of me just standing there patiently before they even said hello, but other than that, (which isn’t a big deal anyways, but a “hello I’ll be with you in a sec” or even just “hello” as acknowledgment would be nice), the experience was altogether a good one! I ordered and got my drinks in less than 10 minutes, they have two tables and 4 chairs to sit and wait or sit and enjoy your order from Starbucks. I love Starbucks coffee have for 20+ yrs. I feel that the people who work behind the counter are trying really hard to keep customers happy. There doing the best they can when they get busy. But I'm not waiting in a line 15 people deep and 20 mins just to get a good cup of coffee. I've gone to Kroger early in the morning just to be able to get a cup of coffee and go shopping, but most of the time I just see a long line.
