Horrible food combined with unfriendly, inattentive service makes for a one star rating. Ordered the shrimp pasta with Alfredo sauce and a side salad. The salad must’ve been pre made and then sat for a long time because the lettuce was limp. I hate limp lettuce but I ate it anyway without complaint. When the pasta arrived it was dry and lukewarm. The garlic bread that came with it was just a piece of toast cut in half. The waitress did not come by to ask me how was my dinner. So I stopped the hostess who was walking by and asked her to send the waitress over. I politely requested that the kitchen add more sauce to my pasta and to please warm it up. “Extra sauce is $3 and it’ll take a few minutes for the kitchen to warm it up” she said. I think she was hoping that I’d change my mind. I didn’t change my mind. I wasn’t in a hurry and I planned on deleting the $3 from her tip. Why should I pay extra for the incompetence of the cook? And why should I tip for unwelcoming, unfriendly & inattentive service?

Ordered the Cobb salad. They do not have blue cheese dressing - it is ranch with chunks of blue cheese. It’s hard to disguise the taste of ranch. When I asked the waitress to double check that I got the correct dressing, she brought the same dressing. When I asked for extra blue cheese crumbles, she was visibly irritated and said it would cost $4. I told her I didn’t want the salad then. She left, came back a few minutes later and dropped off a cup of the crumbles. Didn’t say a word. Never asked how the rest of our meal was, never checked on us. I asked for a box and the ticket and we’ll drive home so I can eat my $16 salad at home with blue cheese dressing from our fridge. SO disappointing. We were just here Monday morning for breakfast - the food and service were great.

I took my wife in for lunch. We ordered chicken quesadilla and a 1/2 lb burger. We shared food. My wife started feeling sick right away. That night I started throwing up and was sick for 2 days. Something was wrong with her quesadilla and or salsa. I called 7 Feathers when I started feeling better. I am still waiting for a call back. Very frustrated! It has been over a week and they still haven't tried making it right. They contacted me back a few days later to make it right. Can't wait to go back and see.

Waitress didn’t give us our water or come and take our order right away but that feeling was gone 20mins later when we put in our order and the Food actually came out quickly this time around. Yes that is a shock compare to our last visit, the waitress forgot what we order n we ended up sitting for 2hrs before she came back around and say the cook lost our order and ask us what we order again. So yes this visit is a plus but still receiving 1 star. We were ready to paid our tab but our waitress was busy or more like we didn’t see her so we went to the counter top to paid. When we got there, one of your hostess was cashing out a customer at outer cash register by the keno. We were at the cash register inside the dining area. When she was done, she saw us but instead of being a nice hostess and say that the register we were at is close n for us to go to were she was at, she ignore us, pretend we don’t exist even though she glance our way and went to putting utensils into the napkins. I had to say, “excuse me, we are ready to close our tab” to which she respond rudely, “ I am over here so you need to come over here!” As if we are not important. I honestly love coming to Seven Feathers but I would not come to eat or dine here when I think about how rude the dining staff are here especially at Cow Creek Restaurant. I would go eat outside of the casino like at Burger King or the Mexican place down the street then to look at the rude staff at that restaurant. It is not just one rude staff, it is more then one. Yes I had try the all u can eat buffet and that is not so great either cause the staff are not so friendly either. I think the only time I had a great service at Cow Creek Restaurant was my first time here with the gentleman who was our server. He was awesome but looks like he is no longer here. I hope when I come back or if I come back here, I don’t see that rude waitress here anymore. She needs an attitude adjustment n needs to be nice n friendly. If not, she should be move to clean the restroom so no one can see how rude she is with her...

Typical small casino fare with GREAT service

Grounds everywhere, inside and out were clean, neat and tidy. Was a busy holiday weekend and the place was packed. Good for them! We were RVing it through on our way to CA and decided to spend the night. Great parking lot for larger rigs and we tow a vehicle with us. Easy in, easy out. We were hungry and the online pics were great, the online menus were true to form and we had "ok" expectations going in. This place is next to the freeway, but literally out in the middle of the boondocks. Tina the hostess greeted us with a smile and told us we had made a great choice for dinner. We always love interactive service folks! Thank you Tina! We were escorted through the very clean restaurant to the back and seated in Kathy's section. Kathy was also very interactive, very funny and best of all, very informative about the food and how it was prepped. She was busy, fast, and attentive. Gfreat service all the way around! Thank you Kathy!

Food was MEH...... We had the pasta Alfredo with chicken and the pasta bolognese. I like to be honest in my reviews.... The food was disappointing. It wasn't terrible. But I could have taken it out of the freezer section of the local Piggly Wiggly and microwaved just as good a meal. MEH! I didn't expect gourmet, but from the menu and the pics I did expect much better.

Regardless... Like I said, we love interactive and attentive service and...

Went with my parents and ordered the open face Turkey and my dad had the meatloaf dinner and our vegetables were horrible and brown and mushy. Also my dad asked our waitress if the bbq sauce was going to be cooked on top of the meatloaf or poured on after and she told him it would be cooked on it so he decided to try it but when it came it was poured on top and cold and my dad was only able to take 2 bites and ended up sending it back because it tasted nasty. Waitress offered him something else but his appetite was gone after that. The mashed potatoes and gravy and Turkey were not bad but the vegetables for sure were unacceptable and I was shocked that they would even let something that looked that bad be served to guests who spend good money at the casino and look forward to a good meal in between. We eat at this restaurant every time they come from out of state but I have heard horror stories from many different people including employees of this establishment and after tonight I don't think we will be...
