My husband went through drive thru and ordered a hamburger and then got the bacon one with the buy one and get one for 1$ deal. The cashier rang it up wrong and was arguing with my husband so he asked to speak with the manager. After the manager "Patches" lol, was rude as ever like always, she told me husband she could refuse him service because he was upset they didn't want to charge him the right price. Then she noticed he was right and finished out the order and gave him his change It wasn't until he drove off that he noticed she still charged him full price. He was on his way to work so he called and "patches " rudely told him he could bring his bag of food back and she would give him his money and then she hung up on Him. Absolutely insane. I called burger king after he explained what happened and the manager told me the actual manager is Levi but that they weren't there and she would not give me corporates phone number. Corporate needs to be on top of this and be training their employees better or hire people who will help their business, not ruin it!! I am a pescatarian (seafood diet); and I felt like treating myself to Burger King as they have a few main options that can eat and enjoy; one being the Impossible Whopper and the Fish sandwich. I wanted to use the coupons I received from Burger King, but they never have fish or impossible whoppers on there, and tonight I wanted a fish sandwich for dinner. I had a Royal Chicken meal coupon and wanted to swap out the chicken for fish and was denied with such disdain for asking.
