Stix Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Roseburg

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! My husband and I ordered the $19 fish and chips which contained ONE medium piece of cod and a TON of the nasty cheap shoestring fries. The fish had not one drop of seasoning in it, besides a sprinkle of salt on top of the batter. The fish was dry and flavorless, and the fries had no flavor at all. We also ordered a gouda Mac and cheese. Hands down- the WORSE Mac and cheese I've ever had! Again, not a taste of seasoning whatsoever! The noodles were baby food consistently. We paid an extra $4 for chicken. HA! What a joke. We were given maybeeeeee 1.5oz of chicken (and that's being nice) We couldnt even find the chicken when we were looking through the skillet. My husband and I used to be regulars at Stix a few years ago since it was the only good restaurant in the casino. We quit going after they decided to make a menu change and take things we liked off of the menu like the Jalapeño Mozzarella sticks. Today I decided to go into Stix for a cocktail which was amazing (if anyone is looking for a drink recommendation try their Scooby Snack) and my husband seen someone else with what looked like the jalapeño mozza sticks. I enjoyed my meal at Stix, the salmon rice bowl, was very tasty. The service was very good.

The tables could have been wiped down better. My biggest gripe and this is with every restaurant at 7 feathers is that they're not set up for your table to carry on a conversation. The table arrangements give you a feeling like your meals are being intruded on and you are in the way. It's extremely loud with a lot of racket, distractions and background noise. This is a consistent vibe at the restaurants in this casino, not one of the restaurants give a calm, peaceful or romantic vibe they're all cafeteria style and herd people in and herd people out, there's no ambience.
