Godfather's Pizza — Restaurant in Oregon

I purchased a Pizza online like we do every week. Normally this location is a bastion of excellence. I choose Godfathers Pizza knowingly that is more expensive than the competition, because I appreciate the treatment I get in addition to a great pizza. When my boyfriend arrived, he was greeted by a less than nice male employee. He had know idea what he was doing and was obviously undertrained. He told him we had ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up. He was very snarky and walked away while my boyfriend was talking to him. He was extremely rude. My boyfriend asked a high schooled aged female about my pizza and she told us to leave the premises. He just wanted our pizza and a coke. This young lady started yelling at him. He asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. She wasn't. The manager came out and resolved the situation. He was professional. Impersonating a manager by a delivery driver that didn't want to work. This is outrageous behavior and unacceptable! We have purchased pizza here for more than a year and a half. We will not returning because of the treatment of the high schooled spoiled brat girl that apparently thinks she...

When I order the toppings from the specialty pizzas seem to be missing! I walked in to an employee argument which was awkward. Then the guy on the phone who wasted my time arguing with me after a stressful day at work about a coupon that was on their website in front of his face. So after arguing over 17.99 spring deal then picking up my overly cooked food missing toppings and into an awkward teenage fight behind the counter…I can proudly say that I didn’t have a great experience here. For the price you charge, your pizza and attitudes should be much nicer than that! We all don’t like moments at our job but have some integrity over customers trying to enjoy their dinners and life too. You pay for food and the experience of the business, I paid for a hassle over burned food. The breadsticks were nearly rock hard, no flavor, super chewy and the pizza was also chewy and missing pickles and I wasn’t sure if this was the cheeseburger pizza or not but...

Dirty tables...uninterested staff...and for just over 8bucks i had to choose between 2 pizzas and a basket of plain old tortilla chips....reall a basket of tortilla chips as part of a pizza linch buffet...to me thats just lack of trying...and only 2 pizzas to choose from...fail..i suggest round tables lunch buffet...still under ten bucks...at least 6 different pizzas to choose from...great garlic bread twists...cinnamon twists..giant salad bar...easily twice as many salad options over godfathers bagged lettuce...drink pizza breadsticks salad and desert bar all included for less than...
