It's sad to see how a local pub/grill who I insisted of supporting as a local for 16 years treats their customers now that they are extremely successful and make lots of money. There are rude, and no longer served the food they once did. I visit this pub with my soccer team for years and come in with my family and friends on a REGULARS basis. We came for dinner that was messed up and cold, one meal was asked to be taken back but the manager who made us wait for ten minutes ( while they looked for him). He finally came angry did not ask how the food was but simply said " you always complain don't come here , we can not lose money on food! " $115 dollar bill and he burst over $8 dollar meal. I was sitting watching him talk and I could not stay quiet. I am a family man with grown boys and never in my life had a manager speak to someone I had dinner with or me in such manner. I asked him to please bill me for the all amount, said thank you and assured him he will not see me ever again. His replied "good". He billed me for the all amount , I paid! I am shocked to encounter such treatment from a manager in such a once respected place , I considered my "hood" to treat us that way. The money got to their heads. New season area has great local places that treats us real well they need us more than they do, they simply...

This used to be a great place to come and have a steak, a stack of baby back ribs, or a nice salad wrap But they cut the menu in half and now it's not even a reasturant anymore, it's a big bar that only caters to frozen deep fried food that is strictly over-priced. They have very limited Gluten free options, and you cannot even enjoy a basket of fries as they are cooked in the same oil as the deep fried menu items. They only have burger buns as an alternative bread so I didn't even get the sandwich I wanted cause it was smaller than what it should of been. Our server wasn't as friendly and welcoming, one of my party members had to Crack a joke to get her to even smile. She warmed up a bit towards the end of our stay but I was surprised when she brought me my order to find out they were out of the side order I chose, and brought me an allternate option without considering I might have food allergies to some of the ingredients, which, I did, so I couldn't even enjoy my meal and I didn't even get a price difference for what I ordered. Over-all, It's a shame what has become with what used to be me and my families favorite local restaurant. Can't say I'll ever be...

DO NOT EAT HERE. Not only did their menu linked through Google Maps list incorrect prices, turning my $10 burger into a $15 burger upon arriving at the restaurant, but their supervisor was EXTREMELY rude about it and the food was horrific. No one confirmed the price when I called to place my order, and when I got there I was ignored. When I raised a question about the price difference the waitress (who was kind) asked the supervisor who took his time acknowledging that he even knew about the situation while putting away bottles of alcohol right in front of me. Without saying anything else after a few minutes he rudely told me “It’s not our problem {you had a different price}.” Apparently the owner doesn’t want this restaurant on google maps in the first place so the associated menu is not theirs to update. Since I was halfway through my lunch break I decided to just go with the $15 burger— unfortunately. The fries were burnt to a chip-like-crisp and the burger itself was horrendous. An over cooked yet still soaking with grease patty, oily and greasy bun and lacking any...

I enjoy going to McCools for brunch. They have excellent specials and a large menu with alot of variety but mostly it's all comfort food. Pictured below is the St. Patty's day special Corned beef with cabbage, mashed potatoes with a stone ground mustard dressing. It was excellent. We went at noon and the breakfast crowd had left but none of the Shamrock run crowd had arrived. It was perfect. The mimosas are always delicious. Pricing is fair and portions are huge. Only giving 4 stars because the booths and chair are all uncomfortable. Maybe they do it to keep people moving? The place is generally consistently busy.

Good Sports Pub close to home, and although their menu has varied over the years, it's really very good now. Happy hour specials are good, the burgers are excellent, the shepherd's pie is really good, and even their fish and chips aren't bad. Friendly staff, and they support local high schools and kids sports leagues, independently owned and they're not a chain, one of the few in Clackamas County. Update January 2023 - This has to be the best clam chowder I've ever had. Absolutely incredible.

The environment is family friendly. We went for a St. Patty's snack and asked for green veer. The staff was happy to give us green beer. We also ordered the Pretzel appetizer which said on the menu that it came with two pretzels and beer cheese dip...the Pretzel plate had 4 half Pretzel sticks and a cup of Velveeta cheese dip.... while it was a good snack, it was not what we were expecting. Overall though, I think we'd go back for a drink and a different appetizer.
