Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Oregon

Nothing but bad attitude. Everything is super hard and difficult and could you come back in half an hour as we don't keep any of our cakes available for sale. We close 10 minutes early and there's 3 of us standing around talking doing nothing. This is my fifth time at this store, and every single time I get between zero and half of what I came for. It's also my last time coming back. I wish someone would open up a competing business - with just slight customer service you could eat these guys lunch every day of the week. Consistent feedback of poor service and owner replies thanks - but clearly doesn't do anything but lip service counting on a large number of people who will smile and take abuse rather than find a good provider. I really appreciate that the online ordering process is easy. I'm a picky individual when it comes to baked good, and so this place was "meh" for me. I'll admit we only got the classic vanilla (per my mother's request) so maybe my opinion is skewed, but I really didn't feel like there was anything special here. The cream cheese frosting is quite sweet, I scraped half of mine off. The decorations are cute and all, but was not worth the price. Think you'd get something similar with minimal effort on your own. Seems to be kind of an assembly like situation in the back, and you can taste the lack of lock. Truly, though: the parking lot is a nightmare. Most likely won't be back to be honest. Lovely service, phone and in-person.

I tell you my ditsy boyfriend dropped his wallet out in the front! Manager tried so hard she even went to trying to find him on Instagram to get a hold of him. Luckily I knew he was such a ditsy that he'd do something like drop his wallet in the parking lot. So upon calling lovely Jill, we found that sure enough he was indeed ditsy enough to drop it!

But in all, Jill was very lovely, the manager was very lovely, and this whole experience just goes to show how much their team is worth buying cakes from. Definitely going there again!

While this doesn't happen to everyone, supporting a team like this is 100% worth it.
