Needed a quick stop sushi fix and we stumbled upon this location on our way home from a day on the river. Were surprised to see the conveyor working since many conveyor locations only take orders during covid. The sushi from the conveyor was very limited, and the rolls containing avocado were a bit off. The avocado was a bit oxidized and unpleasant. The salmon was great, fresh and melty. Other rolls, such as spicey tuna were just fine. We ordered a few plates off the menu and that's where this place really shines. Recommend the eel nigiri and the takoyaki as well as seared salmon. The staff and chefs were helpful tje atmosphere pleasant. Recommend also arriving at around 5pm, no later. Got crowded by 6pm. Overall we were very happy and would return. Good value.

When two moms role up with 5 boys most places would probably cringe!! The service these guys gave us was phenomenal! They treated the kids orders just as important as the adults and they were so gracious about any special request we made. The place was clean and the food was fresh. The server was very attentive and made us comfortable the entire time. The booths were super spacious so you can easily have a large group, atleast 4-6 adults. Pricing was really inexpensive, we were full as full can be when we left!! Thank you O'Sushi! We shall come again!

Conveyor belt sushi. Reasonably priced plates. A lot of the same employees from sushiland work there too so if you liked that place you’ll like it here. My fav are the house rolls and the scorpion rolls. Not a fan of the california rolls because they use the crab stick instead of the crab salad. They charge 50 cents for the tiniest sides of sauces/ginger etc with to-go orders and they also charge you for the box, so if you’re not trying to pay those extra fees it’s best to just dine in.

We are regular customers here, the sushi is superb BUT THE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE…. Not so much. We walked in during the dinner rush, waited to be called and were placed in the packed bar area. I have a medical condition with my arm so we asked to be seated at a booth that just opened up before we even sat down. But we were told by the “manager” aka the guy who claimed to be the manager at least that we couldn’t because “they were going in order of the list” but then he proceeded to call the next party while we were talking to him and instead of placing us at the booth we kindly asked to sit at, he placed the next party there instead as if he wanted to pull a power move and rub it in our faces.

When I made it vocal that I had a medical condition while talking to the manger, their employee (the woman server) decided to come up and decided to bully and embarrass me by saying “If you wanted a booth then why didn’t you write it next to your name?! Because we could have seated you in a dirty table right away without cleaning it.” Mind you, their check-in clipboard only has a section for name and party size NOT seating preference so how could I have known?! At this point, I felt extremely disrespected. THE “MANAGER” WAS ALSO EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL and kept asking what my medical condition was and why I didn’t tell him I had a medical condition the moment I walked in I felt that was out of line because I did not need to disclose that.

They caused a scene for no reason when all I did was kindly ask to be seated somewhere else. I also even told them we could wait. This is just really sad to see such an excellent establishment with good quality sushi have employees like these who bully and ridicule people.

I come here monthly with my family and sad to say this but I’m NEVER coming back and will NEVER refer anyone to this place again. If you are the owner and read this review, please speak to your staff that worked on 8/4/23 during the closing shift and talk to them about customer etiquette and to be more respectful towards others. There was no reason this should have been a problem and for the server to intervene and constantly snob me.

Also, to clarify this is for the O’sushi location across of...

This used to be our regular spot, we were there once a week. It has never been GREAT, but it has been okay, quick, very convenient and we rarely have to wait to be seated. The portions are getting smaller, the variety is not good anymore, and honestly everything kind of tastes the same. The prices are getting higher and the place is starting to look worn. Chair backs are ratty, the posters on the walls are warping. The curtains tied at the entrance to the kitchen are filthy & kinda gross. And today was the last time I ever go back. I'm definitely not a tough customer, but this was the last straw because - how petty can they be.

Husband and I ordered iced tea today. We usually get soda or water. We received some sort of water that tasted like it had little tea in it. I NEVER return anything, but this was kinda yuck. So we explained it and the server went back to the machine, and several other people were called to help. We received "new" glasses of tea, tasting the same. We told the server, and she said that the machine was acting up and mixing water and tea. We were not offered to switch to something else, and we should have just asked for water. But I felt bad for hassling her so I just drank a little and went on with my lunch.

Got the bill and swiped my card, adding a 20 percent tip. I received the receipt and saw that they charged us $2.50 for two glasses of water with a drop of tea in it. I have never once complained about a bill in restaurant but this time, I was annoyed. I told the cashier this wasn't right and they actually fast talked me - saying that this is "their" version of tea. Really, dear? This is your special version watered down iced tea on purpose? I pushed back and again got the exact same BS story. I was not going to cause a scene over $2.50 but I did NOT like the way I was treated. It would have been really easy to refund the money to save bad feelings and not lose a customer over such a totally petty move by the staff. But they've lost a customer at this location. They absolutely do not care.

There are better conveyor sushi places in the area. Skip this one and...

Short version if you're skimming: the sushi is bad and it's $3.50 a plate. Go somewhere else.

This was my third visit to O'sushi and it will be my last. I brought my young son for his first sushi train experience since it is easy for us to get to and it was decent enough the last time I went. (While it wasn't a problem for us, you should know they don't have high chairs or booster seats.) It was hard to hear over the blaring 80s rock jams and the place looked dim and dirty.

The train was largely full of variations on California rolls and everything looked kind of grey. We started with a couple basic rolls and gyoza which were okay, though not great. Although things were on color coded plates, the only price I saw was over some surf clams that said $3.50. I grabbed a plate that looked like salmon skin rolls and it tasted like what red tide smells like. It tasted ROTTEN. My kid had gotten some of the roll and spit it back out, then wasn't interested in any more rolls. If it was my first time and I tasted that, I would be turned off, too. I thought maybe it was just that one plate so I tried to carefully try a couple more plates, and they were all equally as off.

When we checked out, we found out that, yes, actually, all the plates regardless of color that we grabbed were $3.50. Each. Including for a plate of three sesame balls.

I am hoping my son will be willing to try sushi again despite this terrible experience, and I'm very disappointed. Meanwhile, we left an hour ago and I'm now feeling pretty nauseous. Won't be...
