Odd Moe's Pizza — Restaurant in Oregon

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE VERY BAD SERVICE!!!If I could give 0 star I would. Placed an online order for delivery, recvd a phone call to say it would be a minimum of 1.5 hour up to 2 hours for my delivery. I asked to cancel my order and refund my payment. They told me since I paid with a debit card they are not able to refund it back to my bank account. If I want a refund I have to drive to the location and pick up cash. I told them since I was going to drive there to get my money I might as well just keep my order and pick up my pizza. They told me it would be ready. I even waited to allow extra time just in case. I arrive 30 mins later and they say they don't have an order under my name at all. I ask for my money back, they give me $25, when my total including delivery fee was $28.98. I ask for the rest of my money. They didn't even apologize or try to help the situation. I even let them know I would go write a bad review and all they said was "this shouldn't have happened." Another customer who over heard the situation even told them that they should at least offer me a coupon or discount towards my next purchase-of which they did no such offer. I will NEVER use this chain of pizza restaurants again. HORRIBLE...

Dammit. I’ve been getting pizza from these guys for several years. I’ve noticed over the last several years there pizzas have been getting steadily worse. With that said they’re still a lot better than the big box Pizza store. Recently I ordered a pizza and after waiting an hour I called to see what was going on. They forgot to deliver it and was waiting for me to arrive. So we straightened that out and after about 30 minutes they accidentally call me and hang up on me.. I call back and I Find out that they haven’t even began to bring it. They offer me a 10% discount off my next pizza which is cool. Unfortunately, another 20 minutes pass by and when I get the pizza, it’s the same pizza I’d ordered Almost 2 hours ago. It’s cold and not what I expected. I’m really disappointed, and now I have to find another pizza joint that takes pride in customer service and providing a good pizza. After talking to the store manager, they did comp me the pizza. That was nice of them considering all my guess had basically left. Getting a coat pizza and they didn’t make me feel any better about...

Delivery guy was rude. He called and I couldn't get to the phone fast enough so it went to voicemail. He didn't even leave a message. When I called the number back he just said "This is your pizza and I don't know where you live." I told him where I lived, he then sighed and said "Well I have to turn around now." and hung up. The total for my order was 36 dollars, I gave him 40 and he just walked away without offering change. I always tip on deliveries but I at least expect them to offer change not just take my money and run. Along with the horrible experience with the driver the pizza I got was undercooked and the topping weren't placed very well. I had clumps on toppings on certain slices and other slices that were basically just cheese and sauce. The "Moe joes" that I got were cold and not seasoned very well at all. I feel like I over paid for my food and had a horrible experience with the driver. Not likely to return and wont suggest to other...
