Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Oregon

I'm very annoyed with their unprofessional behavior. My girlfriend and I ordered three pizzas at approximately 3:45 p.m. with an expectation to pick it up by 5 p.m. two of the pizzas were gluten free and the third was a family-size regular. Upon arriving at 5 p.m. they had only completed the family-size pizza, but hadn't even started the gluten-free ones. After going in the back to get the crust to prepare the food. They returned to inform us that they were completely out of gluten free crust. I'm very annoyed that they didn't even take 5 minutes to go in the back and check or make note that they were out of gluten free crust. They had our phone number to call and contact us and let us know they were out. But they're gross negligence kept them from doing their jobs. I'm very annoyed with their lack of service and they will not be getting our service ever again. I think the manager/owners should have a long discussion with with the employees about professionalism in the industry. I myself have worked in the pizza industry and I know how important it is to follow through with your orders. All it would have taken is a five minute phone call to inform us they were out of gluten free crust and we would have cancelled the order all together and gone to a completely different establishment. My suggestion is never try to order online from them. And verbally call and confirm that they do have everything that you are...

We ordered pizza from here tonight and one of our pizzas came with an extra bonus of two strands on long blond hair. Seeing as I don't have long hair, my hair was in a bun when I was putting it in and taking it out of the over and that the hair was in between the layers of toppings I know it wasn't mine. The hair was in a $18 pizza and yet when I called them to let them now they said oh well you can bring it back and we can remake it for you or we can add a credit to your account. Since I wasn't going to go back and get another pizza they gave me a credit of only $10. The pizza coast more then that. It was absolutely disgusting and they wouldn't even refund me. I pulled the hair out of my mouth and cheese was stuck on it. I won't be going back to think papa...

I am very dissapointed in my pizza. We ordered no mushrooms on a cowboy and it had mushrooms. And I ordered light sauce on my pineapple and olive with extra cheese and it had alot of sauce. I was busy paying so did not get a chance to watch them make it, and did not see the glob of sauce till I finished cooking it. I'm 8 weeks pregnant and have been sick for 2 weeks and all I wanted was pizza the one day I was feeling well enough to eat. This is the 6th or 7th time my pizza was messed up from this place. Typically I would call and get them fixed however it's a 20 min drive. The girl wrapped our cowboy up so it wE bent due to being wrapped to tight Vs being flat. Not thrilled about this place at all.
