Every time I've gone to the Pink I've had a wonderful expirence. However; tonight was a different story. There was a new bartender one who I've never seen before. To start when myself and my friends ordered our first round the bartender refused to serve a AMF because she said "with it being a holiday weekend I won't serve something so heavy". When we ordered our second round we waited 17 minutes before even being knowledge at the bar. She served a few people than went a bussed a table. When she returned to the bar I had to shoot out my order to even be able to get another drink. She didn't make eye contact and didn't allow my friend to order their drink until I was handed mine when they were on the same tab. She had my other friend sign for her debit card but didn't hand her card back and began serving other customers. When we got our second round the drinks were terrible and wrong. We ordered a rasberry vodka sprit and the syrup was out for the sprint. The other drink was a tiquilla sprit and was made with tonic. When my friend was handed his drink he asked for a lemon and lime and the bartenders response was "boy your asking to much". I've never felt so disrespected and unwanted at this bar. When he went to close his tab he was told he owed $42 for two drinks! Then it was lowered to $29 for 2 drinks! The bartender couldn't keep he tabs straight and tried to charge him for drinks that were paid in cash! He told her what he had ordered and he response was "I'm the sober one!" We told her to check her cameras because we had only ordered 2 drinks (3 if you counted the AMF she refused to serve when we first arrived) which she refused to do and continued to argue. We've spent thousands at this bar and after tonight are looking for a new bar to drink at. Highly disappoint in the service we had tonight considering we arrived at 12:30. She was 100% unprofessional and...
Read moreThe food was awesome. The pizza dough was good but not fully cooked it was soft and spongey.
The service was great, both gentlemen were really nice and super friendly. Only issue I had with the service was we were talked out of ordering the super nachos because my fat self wanted them all to myself, and one of the men behind the bar decided that it wasn't a "good idea" or "doable" because the rest of my party was ordering food as well.
The atmosphere was okay. I know that with it being a bar, it's going to be loud, but it's hard to have a mellow or calm time when the music is blaring and people have to yell in order for anyone to hear them add alcohol to that, then boom, 10x louder than it actually...
Read moreOlder bartender constantly goes up to customers asking why they haven’t tipped after having the WORST attitude towards people. If it’s your birthday don’t have anyone sing happy birthday to you bc you’ll get cut off along with being a part of the LGBTQ+ you’ll get harassed by not only customers but bartenders as well. Want a drink on a busy night? Good luck bc the girl bartender in her mid 40s is gonna tell you “it’s really busy” and send you away. Very unfortunate because the atmosphere is great. It’s just the staff and regulars that make it worth not going. Would recommend going to nobles...
