First time in this establishment with a friend for a belated birthday get together. Curb appeal is lacking for sure, but once we entered, we were greeted warmly and with a cool breeze of the AC which was pleasant! We were seated in an empty table and it was spaced out (every other table was vacant on purpose) due to social distancing. We ordered the fresh rolls for the appetizer and I ordered their steak pho. It was decent, but being a California native, I’ve had better. My friend ordered the chicken vermicelli bowl - and their chicken looked weird. It was diced and was already in some kind of sauce, slightly smothered. Usually, the chicken that accompanies the vermicelli bowl is a dry, grilled, chicken, with a slight BBQ flavor (in most Vietnamese restaurants from California) so I wasn’t quite used to this new presentation. In addition, I asked for the soup spoon that is normally served with pho, but they said they were not using that spoon due to covid. They made me use a plastic disposable regular spoon to slurp my pho soup with. If it was really the case (not providing the regular soup spoon for pho), why would they serve us the appetizers and pho in regular bowls (non-disposable) and just serve it to us in disposable plates?! Really weird first time experience here.

I originally just wanted to find a place to grab a quick meal, and I saw this spot and decided to give it a try. I usually like to order some fried spring rolls as a side dish, so I did that, and also got a BBQ chicken and shrimp rice. All I can say is—I was seriously disappointed. The fried spring rolls were literally the kind you can buy at Costco, just two tiny pieces for five bucks. I thought for $5, it’d be the thicker, tastier kind, but they were cheap and pathetic. And the sauce is disgusting never a kind of sauce I ever had from a Vietnamese food truck or restaurant had this kind of dipping sauce. As for the chicken and shrimp, sure, they had some flavor and were prepared to some extent—but let’s be real, it didn’t feel like a proper dish. It was more like they just threw a bunch of ingredients together and called it a meal. I honestly don’t give one-star reviews very often, but this place was just that bad. This is NOT Vietnamese cuisine—it was straight-up bullshitting. And this whole disappointment cost me $20.5.

It is possible this business is struggling financially, due to COVID. Luckily they were very busy while we were there, so I hope they recover. I don't remember it being this bad when we ate here a few years ago. The pho was average, sparse fresh garnish plate. I was expecting cilantro because it was listed on the menu, but it wasn't included. My seafood pho had one piece of each type of seafood, except it included lots of "crab" which was the cheapest kind of fake fabricated crab you can buy at Walmart. I don't mind fake crab, but this wasn't even good for fake crab. It did have three shrimp, so I won't officially complain about that. My husband's pad Thai was really good, but only had two pieces of shrimp and very few pieces of chicken. My delicious citron tea was served perfectly and the popping boba drink was good. The restaurant space was dirty and had chipping paint and hooks and wires on mostly bare walls.

I am new to pho, i was only recently introduced to it while on vacation in San Jose California, and I loved it. I checked to see if there were any pho places in my home town, i was very surprised to find this little gem!

I just got back from eating there and i am very satisfied. It tasted (in my opinion) even better then the Pho place in San Jose! Thus far I have only tried the Pho Steak Noodles, Raspberry Boba Drink, and Tempura Ice Cream. All were delicious, and very good prices.

The outside of the place makes it look a little run down but the inside is very nicely decorated, and wonderful atmosphere and lighting. It felt like an expensive restaurant inside.

The service was good, there was only one guy waiting on 5 tables and the service was still quick. He was very friendly and helpful.

There are bench seat tables, chair tables and a bar for seating, all very comfortable, other then the bench seats could use some cushions.

I definitely will be going back for more and to try some of the other menu items. This is comparable in price to fast food, yet SOOOO much tastier and MUCH better for you.

Take it from a sheltered white guy who has never had much in the way of "exotic" food, this place is worth...

Horrible experience. We showed up as a group, the server only offered to grab the drinks first, we couldn’t order appetizers or food. The drinks showed up in a good timely manner. Shortly after we order food, After a long wait the food showed up, pho without veggies, no sauce, or lemon. When we approached the server and asked for veggies or lemon she would say ok and leave and forget. We had to ask 3 times after the 3rd time she said that they will need to charge for the veggies even though the menu said that the pho included veggies we decided to not get the veggies to avoid the extra charge. They don’t charge separate for a group more than 8 people and the gratuity was 20%. He said he would charge us separately this time. They had to charge 20% in gratuity for each person. We found it unfair that we still had to pay 20% in gratuity when they forgot the veggies and they took forever in bringing the food. I also believe they charged us an extra drink that we didn’t order but what’s done is done. I’m leaving this review so that this restaurant can take it as feedback and do better with larger groups. And for anyone else that was thinking about having a large group dinner to be advised of the service and...
