I called in an order for delivery on Saturday because the online app wasn’t working. I placed my order with the young man over the phone and I even confirmed the items with him to make sure he had everything. Delivery shows up missing one pizza. They some how missed one of the pizzas on the order so I wasn’t even charged for it in the first place. No problem. But I needed that pizza in order to feed my employees. I was more than happy to pay for the one pizza that got missed. I had ordered multiple pizzas the first time to get the $5.99 deal. I only needed the one missing pizza. But they would not honor the $5.99 price. Full price on that pizza is $12.99. Even after speaking to a manager I could either buy one full price pizza or add on a second pizza to get the cheaper price. There was absolutely nothing that they could do. Really? OK. So I ordered the second pizza I didn’t need because why would I pay full price for 1 pizza when I could get two for less. Then the girl on the phone couldn’t figure out how to run my card properly. So she charged me twice. And I got a fraud alert from my bank. Thankfully they didn’t charge me a delivery charge. But then they sent a whole different driver to deliver the missing pizza. It wasn’t Driver’s fault that the pizza got missed. So I ended up paying a second tip for the delivery driver because she’s just trying to do her job. I understand that accidents happen. Miscommunication. But the customer service really was lacking in this situation. Including the “manager“ I spoke to. It really ruined the fact that I was trying to do something nice for my employees who are still working hard during this...
Read moreSo whole situation. I tried to order from the app. The app was saying to all because it is currently not working. Ok not a problem, I called the location at South Provo on accident and they directed me to this one. Ok, not a problem. Called the wolverine crossing location, when I gave the address they said they cannot deliver to me to call the bulldog location.
Alright then, I called them and Cindy (or Sidney not sure) was great she said that shouldn't have happened that she will put the order through the wolverine crossing location and have it delivered that they will call to get payment. Well 20 min pass and nothing so I called Cindy and she said the order had been already placed that it should be there soon. Ok well then after 20 more min I called the wolverine crossing location that was supposed to deliver to me they said they needed to call the south Provo location cause they were going to deliver., Didn't make sense but whatever I decided to call Cindy again and she said they were reluctant to take the order that they will deliver it. And it was delivered thank God.
I decided to call the wolverine crossing location to see what is going on and I ended up waiting for someone to pick up for 20 min which no one did and I finally gave up. I don't know what is going on but I cannot order from this location until Jay or someome gets in touch with me with why this location that is suppose to deliver...
Read moreMobile/online ordering was down. We were on our way to our hotel from a wedding and tried to order a pizza to pickup when we got back since we have an 18-month old who needed to go to sleep and this was an option that allowed us to avoid a drivethru or other unnecessary stop since Dominos in in the parking lot of our hotel.
We sat on the phone for 17-minutes with no response. When we got to the hotel I went in to order while my wife went up to the room to start getting the baby ready for bed. After 7 minutes with no service finally a driver came back and asked the 7 people in the lobby if anyone had helped them to which we replied they had not. I mentioned to the employee that I had waited on the phone for 17 minutes since the online/mobile ordering wasn't working to which she kinda laughed and said: "I had heard the app was acting up. Nobody answers that phone. Just come in next time." I tried to explain that we were on our way back and coming in defeats the purpose since the pizza wouldn't be ready when we got there. She said: "Oh, well we just don't answer the phone. If the app's down just come in."
If you don't answer the phone, and the app isn't working, do you also expect delivery orders to come in and order delivery from the store? I was really not satisfied with the customer service at this location. I generally like Domino's, but don't go...
