I frequent this Subway all the time but today's customer service level drove this location out of my routine and I don't plan on going back. I was going through the drive through and the customer in front of me was just served and drove off. When I approached the window I was practically yelled at and told by a person who appeared to be a manager that their computers were down and they wouldn't be able to serve me for another 2-5 or maybe even 10-15 minutes. I'm not making a complaint today because I was rejected service for any amount of time due to technical issues, that is completely understandable, I'm complaining because the manner in which I was introduced the situation. If I ever provided customer service at my job that way I would be handed my walking papers on the spot. Just for your information don't tell me "the customer" in a manner where I almost feel like it was my fault your computers went down, it's not the customers fault that happened! Introduce the matter to me in a way that you the restaurant feels sorry that you couldn't provide service to me for the moment and ask if I don't mind waiting, don't practically yell at me and make me feel bad for wanting to buy from you because your stupid computers are not currently working! I pulled up to the menu that starts saying "thank you for choosing subway" and all that, then as I was about to order this manager women starts yelling at me from the pay window yelling "Hello!! Pull over here!" So I did, and then when I got to the window she didn't really lower the volume in her voice and continued to yell saying in a rude tone "Our computers are not working right now and we won't serve you right now until they're fixed!" "It's going to be at least 3-5 or maybe 10-12 minutes before it's working. So if you want to wait that's fine but that's how long it's going to be!" and then abruptly closed the window so I couldn't even say anything. The only good thing this manager said was that she provided a very random time frame of when she guessed it might be working again. But all I have to say is don't bother! I won't be coming back so you won't have to worry if your piece of crap computer is...
Read moreHonestly, I love this subway. 99% of the time, the service is crazy fast and the employees are nice and proficient at guiding people through their orders. However, I’m leaving a 1 star review because the owner needs to see this. (Potential customers should read too.) The other 1% of the time I visit here, there is a single employee working with a massive line, not because they’re swamped but simply because they are VERY slow at making sandwiches. I don’t know this guy’s name because he doesn’t even wear his name tag but him being horrifically (I don’t mean this lightly) slow at making sandwiches aside, he is a SINGLE PERSON working. His attitude isn’t the best when he is swamped like this, which I guess I get. Anyways, my mobile order ended up being over an hour OVERDUE, meaning the order was placed over 1.25 hours before it was finished. Either fire this guy because it actually takes him 7 minutes to make a SINGLE sandwich or put him in with another coworker. He does not know the premade sandwiches’ recipes, and for how carefully and methodically he places each single ingredient, he gives a depressingly small amount of it. The reason I know all of this, despite ordering on the mobile app, is because I sat in the lobby for over 20 minutes observing. Plus, this has happened before. Same guy, same slowness. The first time this happened, I thought he was new. 6 months later, he should be much more proficient. Anyways, it seems mobile orders are treated as last priority, which is not ok. Also, the app does not allow for cancellation of an order. So, for potential customers, either take the gamble of having a slowly made small sandwich, or go in and check out the conditions and then order in person. Owner, do better. Many reviews from many months ago have stated the same issue of a single employee working. (Granted, I haven’t seen any mention of the...
Read moreDon't eat here. I've enjoyed Subway for 20+ years, but the recent changes and decisions from corporate and management are quickly ending all good will I had towards this restaurant, and this location specifically seems to be taking it even more extreme. This specific experience was not the fault of the employees, they are just doing what they've been instructed to do.
I asked for extra green peppers for my girlfriends 6 inch turkey sandwich, and the employee put 3 single strands of green pepper. I asked for more and she said this is all they are allowed to give now. Which is insane to me. Another recent visit I ordered the chicken teriyaki, which used to be fully customizable. I asked not to receive the double cheese it comes with (just regular cheese) and was told I'm not allowed to modify this sandwich.
The whole point of Subway (in the past) was going in and getting the exact sandwich you want, and for some reason they are going completely against the product and customer base they've built up.
Any fast food burger place lets me remove ingredients, but now Subway is a "take it or leave it" kind of place. I'll...
