Read moreA restaurant is first and foremost about the food. I can only review what I ate, which was a burrito and two tacos (only finished a couple of bites of one) and they were the blandest "Mexican" food that I have every experienced. Maybe they are catering to a crowd that will never be invited to the Mexican version of the "cookout" but I doubt they use anything other than salt and pepper on their ground beef. That would be fine, except the burrito I ordered was already as cold as a "well digger's toenail" (thanks, grandma, for that turn of a phrase) by the time I arrived home less than 8 blocks away from the drive-thru. As another reviewer said, the "hot" sauce was really just tomato puree and the meat was a bit bland. All in all it wasn't the absolute worst taco place I've been, but I guess I had a craving for real street tacos. Next time I'll try Tacos Don Joaquin in Provo. Customer service was great though, noticeably better than...
