So, last night, I was a UVU student who came out of a class, got a car ride to a pavilion at a church by Costco, and was with a group of friends. I saw the Jdawgs van, and got excited to have one. Well that was until they left a few minutes after I had gotten there. Which left me hungry with no dinner to eat, after hearing dinner was being served at the activity. This was around 8 30 in the evening. Once they announced leftovers, I tried my best to get one, but ended up turning around to see that every single one else that was there got one and the last one was given away in front of me. I wish that the company would have stayed till everyone left, had one, and not be on such a strict time schedule, when they know they have over an hour left of time. My friend felt bad, after finishing his, and instead of having one. He helped me feel better from the stress by taking me to a better venue than this mess I got into, of which I cannot forget. This is the first time that this has ever happened to me. I just wish Jdawgs would have better venue opportunities. Now I cannot see Jdawgs the same way. This makes me feel like I never want to visit this place without having to remember this flashback. The van was there still for almost 10 minutes after I got to the event. It was a BBQ activity. The lady in charge of it felt very sorry for me, which I thank her for feeling and understanding me. This message needs to be read and heard until there is a compromise that can help me feel better. I cry trying to think about it. Thank you for reading...
Read moreQuick service, food quality/taste, convenience, and low prices are all reasons that make me go back to dawgs on a regular basis. They just raised the price of a dawg to $5!!! I regularly visit my local Jdawgs to get a quick lunch and get back to work in no time to at all. This price increase really makes me rethink how often I visit. I will still go there, but not nearly as much; a dawg should not cost this much by itself! If you get it in the combo it is still $4. I hate being forced to buy something different than my typical order just because it is a better deal. I personally like to just get 2 dawgs for $8 (now $10!). I brought in $8 cash to get the old deal, but walked out getting a combo and was really unsatisfied with that price change. If someone from the company actually reads this, please reconsider your client base and why they go. I am very disappointed. I still love the dawgs!! I hope you hear me on this because other food chains are getting my money now because of this change, your price because much less competitive....
Read moreWORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I went to this J Dawgs location on October 2nd at around 4:30, and the staff was AWFUL! They were so rude. The young girl who was running the register was very short with me, and was incredibly rude because I didn't understand that you get your condiments around the corner. She didnt ask me if I wanted anything else or if that was all, she just interrupted me by telling me the total and I was planning on getting a drink and fries!!! UNBELIEVABLE!
As for the boy that was helping me with the condiments, he was also very rude and didn't even acknowledge me, but just stood there looking at me blankly. He also forgot half the condiments I asked for. Overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! These teenagers need much much more training and need to learn how to work in customer service. I will be back later this week to talk to the manager!!
However despite all of these horrible kids, there was one boy with glasses who was extremely nice to the girls in line behind me, so GIVE THAT...
