I ordered a steak quesarrito and they gave me beef when I clearly said steak. When I asked for sauce they gave me like 10 sauce packets in their bare hands with no bag or anything if I tried to grab for it would have fallen onto the ground between the car and the drive thru window. I also ordered a loaded griller with that and they forgot to put that on the order. I told them to put napkins in my bag and they didn't give me any napkins. I also didn't have any straws with my drink. The person who took my order at the drive through speaker was nice but when I got to the window to get my food that guy I didn't say a word to me. Other than that the food was good when they get it right when I order something last time I ordered a taco 12 pack and had half of it without lettuce and tomato but they just had every taco is the same with the lettuce and tomato. I also had to order three soft tacos with no cheese because my cousin had a dairy allergy and they still put the cheese on it even when I told the guy that he has a dairy allergy so he had to be taken to the ER. When you work in the food industry you need to keep your ears open for that kind of stuff. I just have to say that the people that work there deserve to work there because they wouldn't be able to function in...
Read moreAwful service and food! I have given this location chance after chance, but they cannot get an order right ever. Multiple times I’ve ordered the same meal as I always do and I ask for NO sauce. I tell them over the speaker over and over again no sauce, and they always get it wrong to the point I’ve had to come back and have my food remade multiple times. The last time they did this to me I made sure I checked the meal before leaving and what do you know? Sauce all over my meal… I inform the window worker of this and he sat there and argued with me about it saying “well idk what happened but I assure you there was no sauce on that meal” so he called me a liar. I took a napkin and wiped the sauce off all the tacos and showed him. He gave me a new meal but with an attitude. I left without writing a bad review because I just didn’t have time, but now I have been handed chips and cheese that taste like they have been sprayed with perfume. Like they were fried in weeks old oil. I’m done with this location. Go a couple miles up the road to Oxford and spend your money there. At least they can get an order right and their food doesn’t taste...
Read moreSo I came to this Taco Bell at about 2:45 AM today. This is 15 minutes before they close I know. I'm not sure if it's allowed in the closing procedure though. They turned their grill and fryers off, and were telling customers in front of me and myself included that practically the only thing they can serve are regular tacos at so close to closing. But if you're open until 3 AM, you should have plenty available options. I could hear customers' frustration ahead of me in the drive-thru, and I was beginning to get frustrated too. I understand closing time is really late in the night, and there's a lot to get cleaned. But that's why being efficient and having time-management is key in the fast food industry. They did not speak to me in an unpolite manner, so I responded politely back. Many customers already drove off because they were told their orders could not be made. I've heard of specialty drinks not being available before in fast food. But not almost the entire menu not being available to be made. I do plan on talking to corporate, because if you're open until 3 AM, you do not stop serving until 3 AM, regardless...
