Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Orion Charter Township

Me and my boyfriend came in this morning looking to get a dozen of donuts, a coffee, and a hash brown. To start it off the women taking our order was very kind and had no issues. We ordered our food and paid then as we’re waiting on our order, another staff member comes up to us and asks if we ordered a hash brown. We told him yes and he said that they didn’t have any and he didn’t know why she charged us for one. Already his tone was quite irritated or passive aggressive. We just said it was okay and he told us we could pick another item in replace of it. Now the issue is as we were picking out our donuts the worker who was helping us seemed to be under the influence. We were down to picking our last 2 and my boyfriend decides he wants the apple fritters. The worker goes to grab it and before he even touches the donut a SWARM and I mean an entire colony of flies comes flying off of the donuts. He doesn’t even acknowledge or say anything to us and acts like nothing happened. I just stared in absolute disbelief because there was just too many to pretend you didn’t see it. We took our food and immediately left. This location has but shut down numerous times due to horrible management and health violations. Please do better all you have to do is make coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Also why is it that they all of a sudden stop selling hash browns after a certain time? It’s a...

Terrible really. Love the coffee, and I love the sausage, egg, cheese, biscuit, BUT I can never eat it from this location because they are ALWAYS OUT of biscuits. Today they are out of biscuits and sausage. "In the oven" they say. Today they had an excuse, usually it's just "we don't have any". Went there two days ago for a stinking grilled cheese sandwich, and guess what..."I'm sorry we have our ovens off because we close in an hour". Oooook. An hour? Here is an idea, turn your ovens off after you close, not an hour before. You have a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts within a quarter mile of your store, and this is the level of service you are going to provide? The laziness of this store and the overall management of this facility, will have you all unemployed before long, but I guess that will be perfect for the staff here, as they won't have to do anything. Well I am done going here. Back to Dunkins for me. Too bad because I love the coffee and sandwich at Timmys. It was horrible this morning. Not only did I have to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker,when my order came to the window she had to remake my iced coffee 3 times. First attempt my coffee was stirred,I specifically asked for it not to be stirred several times. second attempt she tells me that it needs to be stirred,like how are you going to tell me how I should have my iced coffee I took one look at it and said you put liquid sugar she said no..I took a drink and no sugar at the bottom,she was getting mad at me because she kept screwing my iced coffee up. If she would of listened the first 6 times I said my order she would of got it correct‼️ then had to park because they forgot my hash brown. Then I get back home,and bagel not toasted and no cream cheese‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I literally repeated my order over 6 times to 2 different people!!!
