Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Orland Township

I went through the drive-thru on Friday the 15th of Aug and I pulled up there was 3 people out side to boys and one girl the girl told me you could pull up the the first person. So I did and I got the nicest greating he had a big smile on his face. I got a number one meal and I did not know what drink to get with my meal. He asked me what I have a taste for I told him I don't rilly know and to give me some options. He said we have pop lemonade tea shakes. I told him lemonade and I asked what his favorite flavor was he told me the pineapple dragon fruit I have never had it before. So I thought I try it. But he told me that we are getting a new drink soon that will replace this one in 3 days I think he said . But he knows how to talk to hear and at the end of my order.he asked me would I like to make my meal a large witch I did not know chick fla a dose that. Do I said yes then he asked me if I would like to try are amazing delicious cheese sauce. And he was not wrong it was rilly good. I don't know what his name was but it started with a k. He had his best covering name tag. And I think he definitely has good customer service. But the line was crazy but ended up getting my every work was so nice the food was hot when it came out and fast even in that long line. Chick-fil-A has opened a NEW storefront located in Tinley Park, IL located just South of 159th & Harlem Ave. I had the opportunity to visit this location last month & it did not disappoint. The venue was warm, welcoming & staff very attentive to all patrons. I brought in a group & we all had high expectations from the food itself, counter service upon ordering, table service, venue appearance & staff interaction. The overall atmosphere, acoustics, lighting were right. I know this may seem picky but (some folks) are challenged in (certain environments) and this does make a difference. Self help stations were fully stocked, orderly and clean. The staff checked on us several times asking if we needed refills, etc with pleasant helpful demeanors. The drive thru appeared to be moving along with staff outdoors facilitating orders without backups. All in all a good experience. This is a family friendly stop for lunch & dinners with prices being competitive to similar venues. I recommend Chick-fil-A for good food & service that likely will not go unnoticed or disappoint. 🚨Update 11/14/25 I have never had a TERRIBLE experienced like I had last night. The cashier was YELLING SO LOUDLY THROUGH THE SPEAKER, was extremely rude. And it was the same once I paid for my order. My food was THUMBS DOWN! Never have I ever gotten OLD CHICKEN FROM ANYYYYY Chick-fil-A! My nuggets were just ok. On the other hand my strips were hard like they've been sitting out too long to SERVE CUSTOMERS. They were much darker than expected which seems they were cooked in old grease. The lemonade tasted different, it wasn't the Chick fil a lemonade I LOVE. Needless to say I could have stopped at other restaurants, but I chose your establishment and doing so left me with less than what I expected from you guys. VERY, very disappointing.
