I looked at these reviews for this specific location and I’m shocked to hear that they have good service.. I have came to this location twice and that was the last time.. there is this specific girl she acted like she was of higher authority amongst the other girls, but this one had blonde hair and she has a petit shape to her and her energy is embarrassing.. the past two times I have came in there she talks to me as if I’m mentally challenged, the first time was my very first time at Crumbl and was new to ordering, new to everything honestly..I didn’t know you had to go to the kiosks and order, (I thought the kiosks might have been there for future orders for people that weren’t trying to pick up that day) and I also wasn’t aware that Crumbl releases different cookies each week, so when she informed me, she responded as if I was stupid and I should have know that. The second time I went there I was bringing a friend there for their first time and I ordered online, (mind you I stay about 25-30 min away) but I ordered online and I got 6 cookies (gourmet) NOT MINI and it asked if there was a special name I would like to label my cookies to when I pick them up, I labeled it “Happy First time trying Crumbl” when I went in to pick up my order NO ONE acknowledged me at the counter or said they would be right with me, waited about 5 minutes, now there were a few ppl there but this is a place of business saying hello to customers walking in would be an kind gesture. Anyways when she finally came to my service she asked what the name it was under i proceeded to tell her i put Happy first - she immediately cut me off asking me (again a rude tone as if im stupid) sayin”No! What was the name?!” So I said again, I labeled it “Happy first time eating Crumbl” she walked off to go look at the computer, turned back around, glanced at me as she walked towards the back of the store saying, “it’ll be done for you shortly” when they showed me the cookies they were minis and at that point I was just ready to go.. cuz my patience is thin and I was biting my tongue to not go off.. but if I would have walked behind that counter and smacked the attitude out her mouth I’m sure I would be wrong, correct?! Read moreOrdered from the store many times in the last two weeks. We ordered two mini 12 count boxes in the same day. Unfortunately, our second box of assorted was not assorted. We spoke to a manager that day and were told to bring the box back the following day. We came back with the box the next day, and we were told that the protocol had to be run through the owner for an exchange. And we have to send an email to them. This was after we spoke with Leyali the day prior. Confused I left my phone number with the manager. Never heard back from the owner in the next 5 days. Call the store back this evening. The owner calls me back at 7 o’clock, tells me how they’re trying to shore up staff efficiency. Waste’s 10 minutes of my time with small talk, when I ask him, can we just get an exchange for the box. He wants me to go back over everything I did with both of his managers I told him no thank you, and they lost our business forever. cheap people in my opinion, we came back, not once, but twice. With a box of mini cookies that were incorrect, and still couldn’t get them exchanged???

We came back to your store not once but twice to return the order that your employees put together incorrectly. After you wasted 11 minutes of my time on the phone, you wanted me to go over everything all over again, and you refused to replace our order. No thank you, I’ll pass. First time trying crumbl, went in and ordered a 6 pack at the self kiosk, waited a few minutes for one girl to tell me the lucky charms wouldn’t be ready for 15 minutes, so I tell her I’ll wait for it and come back. So I go across the street to get some food and when I come back 20 minutes later, there’s a bunch of people in the store waiting for they’re cookies, the staff is all confused and customers are upset and I see the one employee who I told that I’d wait for the cookie ia now leaving so I tell another employee the situation and she comes back and tells me they don’t have the chocolate chip cookie that they apparently had 15 minute ago and there was no communication so it was sold to someone else.
