Quality of product and staff has gone down tremendously over the recent years. I get it that there is a shortage but it’s your responsibility to be at your store to oversee the mistakes being made and correct it. I’ve had many great cups of coffee, wraps & sandwiches. I’ve also had coffees like your caramel latte made wrong. I know it was wrong cause it had zero caramel flavor and was only filled 1/2 in the cup. When I brought to the older ladies attention that is short and walks funny she argued with me. I know what your caramel latte is suppose to taste like and if the staff isn’t filling the latte up don’t blame the dam machine. Fix the issue. I was given a wake up wrap that looked disgusting, all dried up like it was sitting out for days. I would not Feed it to a dog. I went back in and yelled at the staff saying would you serve this garbage to your family. Of course it was remade to the perfect wrap. It should not have to come to that. Train your staff on a regular basis, be present at your location. Do better for the community. FYI the younger lady with the redish curly hair is very rude, no smile, no thank you and argues with your customers when told the drink doesn’t taste good AFTER I’ve had it made great many many times before. The manager Jessica is horrible and i dont know why she is able to continue to be a manager . They messed up my order i asked for a croissant only cheese when i got to work i had everything but cheese on it ok i call she had an attitude told me i could get it replaced. Ok cool never went back for replacement because i just ate the food i had. So now went on a Saturday kinda busy but non the less order $30 worth of food and asked for some jelly WE HAD TO ASK FOUR TIMES FOR JELLY TO STILL WALK OUT OF THERE WITHOUT ANY. My wife ask for jelly she says ok walks away comes back with a order then says did u ask me for something my wife says yes some jelly ok im goin to get it right now. Comes back with another order No Jelly so i say Jessica can we have some jelly she looks at me n yells IM GETTING IT NOW walks away comes back out with another order still no jelly. so we proceed to leave she yells across store i have the jelly so i turn around to go get the jelly she puts its back She always has an attitude and very rude to the customers I go to this dunkin every morning she is the ONLY PERSON IN THAT BUILDING...
Read moreI ordered inside at this location on the morning of 12/6/24. I ordered 10 of the maple bacons for a work potluck. My co-workers love this bacon and it’s a fun (and kind of ridiculous treat) to bring each year around the holidays. The girl who took my order was kind and answered a question that I had about the menu.
As I’m waiting for my order, I overhear two other employees discussing my order and one commenting something along the lines of “who would spend this much on bacon?”. I found their loud conversation in front of a paying costumer to be rude and unprofessional.
