I order platters from this restaurant at least once a month. I always call in advance for it to be ready at a certain time. In April I ordered a platter and a side of kibbah. I sent my family member to pick up the order, after arriving with the food I realized that we were missing our side of kibbah. So in May when I ordered a platter I let the lady know and she acknowledged the situation and was apologetic and added the side of kibbah to this order. After driving off when I went to pick up the order I decided to call and verify that I was given my entire order.. they forgot the kibbah again so I had go back around and get the remainder of my order. The last 2 times I’ve ordered from there I’ve asked for my platter to be customized and they managed to get it wrong. So yesterday after picking up I called to speak to them and Rana instantly got defenses and argumentative she began to aggressively argue that I placed my order wrong. I understand that human error occurs and that’s ok but when a paying customer calls to inform you of an error there is no reason to get loud and rowdy before the customer can even get two words in. This place (or at least Rana) doesn’t care about its customers experience. Also do not get my started on how oily this places rice is. It’s a hit or miss.

My husband and I have ordered from here for 4 years but the last two times I feel you served me the scraps you would give to an animal. I’ve never seen someone roll dawali as terrible as you have the last few times. The grape leaves are hard and chewy and all over the place. Today we fasted all day because it is Ramadan and we were obviously hungry so we had to eat it because there was no other option. I just can’t believe you sold this to us it’s disappointing. We won’t be back.

The Lamb was Juicy and tender. The family is still enjoying it today. The ladies behind the counter are extremely friendly and hospitable. I purchased some honey from there that's from the Amish. I've been drinking that in my tea since 2-3 times a day since I purchased it and it's extremely delicious. Thanks for the lamb and thank you to the nice lady who sold me the honey!

Not the first time I order their food. This time the cabbage rolled leaves were not cooked enough, they were crunchy and hard to cut thru! It was also loaded with pepper and was border line spicy, so the stuffing of rice and meat was too spicy. I also ordered the Musakhan rolls... Bad idea!! For $2 a piece (small pieces) I doubted they even gave me the right order! Where's the summak?!!! What's a Musakhan without summak!??? They were blah, not like the usual Musakhan ... If I were them, I'd stick with regular Musakhan and ditch this joke of a Musakhan roll! I did call to talk to the owner to let her know about my disappointment, but the gal who answered didn't seem to care and said Alamiyyah does not come to the shop a lot, so I asked her to let her know and maybe call me, well, that doesn't seem to be an interest. I wish Arabic and/or Middle Eastern eateries care more about their reviews. . The lady on the phone said (many order them and love them that way) as I told her that it didn't taste like musakhan! That's a typical response from Arab restaurants, sadly!! Unlike regular restaurants of any sort where CS and customer satisfaction is important. I guess as they keep using Mexicans to cook this Arabic food, quality will keep diminishing!! Won't order that again!! Very...

What has two thumbs and will definitely be back for more? This guy.

I tried a few flavors of the "pies" and this place is a hidden gem. The one lady working there was super friendly and enthusiastic, you can tell she loves what she does. Of course she loves it, they have great food.

With the pies you might be worried that it would be dry, but it was perfect; with soft bread and flavorful fillings.

For those of you new to this type of food you might be concerned that the seasonings will be overpowering, but trust me they are well balanced. I tried the beef, chicken, and spinach. All were great. My favorite is the spinach. It filled me up without slowing me down. I plan on trying all the flavors...
