I have been working with James and Sons for the past 20 years. They have been nothing but great and completely honest with me. I work with Bonnie and she is wonderful. She has always made me feel welcome and a valued customer. She responds quickly and has come in on her day off to help me with a purchase. She has gotten to know myself and my wife and our tastes and helps pick out jewelry that we would want, not what they want to sell. I would highly recommend her. The manager Brian is fabulous as well. Very honest and upfront with everything. Him and Bonnie have helped me get some hard to find Rolexes over the years.
