I figured I'd share my story with this place because honestly I won't go anywhere else now. When my husband and I got engaged he bought these beautiful rings that he had gotten soldered together to make one gorgeous ring! Turns out that Kay Jewelers had broken the mold and will not be making my kind of ring any longer.. The design on it is so unique and the prongs that were holding the one big diamond on top was starting to come loose.. I took it to Kay and they said there's nothing they can possibly do and that if they try and fix the ring that it'll shatter the diamond all together. After that I searched everywhere to find someone that could fix my ring that I fell in love with I looking for over a year, even went out of state! I wasn't able to wear my ring during this time because I was afraid of loosing some of the diamonds! I was in tears and facing the possibility of loosing my ring all together ,, even Jared told me that I'd have to start all over and create a different ring for the starting price of 3,500$ I looked around Orland park area and found this place I quickly asked him if there was anything he could do to fix my ring. He said it wouldn't be an issue and he would have it back to me the next day. At first I was very skeptical because for a year straight I had so many different places telling me the diamond would shatter of they worked on it. I left there overnight and sure enough I got a call next day saying it was ready... I couldn't believe my eyes! It was all fixed and just as beautiful as the day I got it! I cried as soon nas he showed me my ring! I was finally able to wear my ring after almost 2 years of not being able to wear it! These big box stores only care about money and ripping people off! This is the best place to go to for your jewelry!! I couldn't be happier knowing I can wear my unique and gorgeous ring any time I want! Thank you...

I could not have asked for a better jeweler, or experience, in buying an engagement ring. Mass not only showed me amazing customer service, but also transparency in how he does business, as well as the type of person he is.

He explained everything in detail - from the details of my ring selection/diamond I was having re-set, to the different ways jewelers and chain stores can rip you off, to how the insurance companies work, and how to not to get taken advantage of by them in the case of an accident.

I won't get into the exact details, but I was scrambling to get everything in order, and he did things for me that I would've only expected from a close, family-friend - I'll never forget it.

If that wasn't enough... in the long, epic (lol) story of my proposal, he even played an unexpected key role... In short, a couple things went wrong and I almost scrapped the whole idea. I was secretly freaking out, with no one to confide in (as it was a complete surprise to everyone). I had no memory telling him the date I was gonna propose, but he actually called me the next day, "to ask how it went" (was not expecting that at all). I was able to vent to him, he ended up calming me down, and I went for it the next day. The problem with my plan was that a million things could've gone wrong. When I did it the next day, my family must've been watching over me from above, as everything somehow worked out perfectly.

There's not enough space in this review box to say all the nice things about my experience, but I will certainly give it a try. When we first began our ring shopping, we were torn between 2 rings. I was referred to Mass and was told that I wouldn't be disappointed. Mass and the Creative Design Jewelers far exceeded my expectations!! He was able to design and create a custom ring with the aspects I liked from my previous ring shopping. Mass is a great guy and does perfect work. He has such an attention to detail. My fiance constantly receives compliments on her ring. He was able to break down the whole pricing structure of the industry so that I could understand it and was always upfront with me. He is as straight forward and "tell it like it is" as they come. I liked that much more than some other places I visited where they used different sales techniques. It was nice to be treated like a real person and not an open wallet. He has so many years of experience and is a true professional in his field.
