I am going to order a motion for a divorce from Hienies McCarthy for irreconcilable differences after this Tuesday's experience of ordering an 8 whole wing dinner to go.

Just look at the pics! They show deformed wings, incomplete wings, and partial wings. And if you count what they gave me, this was supposed to equal 8 whole wings. Really??? Since when did your quality of food go down the tubes so fast???

When you give out a bad product after you've received good money over a long period of time that illustrates that you don't care anything about the customer, which so happens to be me. Maybe this was Hienies McCarthy's passive-aggressive way of expressing that they don't want me in their establishment anymore??? If that was the case, fine. I've been driving past this location for about a month now and FINALLY had an opportunity to stop and check it out. Whoever said don't judge a book by it cover wasn't lying. From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but as you get closer, the smell of what they are cooking hits you like a ton of bricks! Simple menu and very helpful staff. A young man took my order, and he was very helpful and patient with me. The place isn't big, but the staff was still kind enough to bring me my food. I don't think I've ever seen a group of happier staff working together, and the proof was in the food. ALL OF IT WAS SO TASTEFUL that I was actually sad to leave. Really great little hole in the wall style place with amazing fried chicken and other southern style dishes like fried shrimp platters and lots of fun sides to choose from, Mac n cheese, Cole slaw, fried Zucchini, fries mashers and even potato wedges and basics like that but done really well!
