First time trying this place. We intended carry out but were glad to eat in because of the clean modern sunny environment, and thanks to the friendly, quick staff. I got pastrami, pepperoni, provolone, garlic guts. Fresh thinly sliced but abundant meat, just enough cheese to still look elegant, toasted just enough for crispness but not ruin the ingredients (it's a fine line!). Oil and vinegar dressing added flavor and moisture without soaking (another fine line) The garlic guts are a refreshing side. Some gets poured on the sandwich, some gets eaten with a spoon.    Read moreI can’t say enough good things about Peppos in Orland Park. I’m so glad they’re here and I can have Peppos anytime instead of when I’m randomly in Palos - which is never these days. Much better location IMO. Peppos really leveled up. The space is awesome - inside outside and clean. Staff was super friendly when I walked in. We unfortunately had a loss in the family, and catering Peppo’s subs was a no-brainer since it was a favorite of my Aunt’s (and the Orland location was close). Dimitri (and a woman whose name I didn’t catch) was so kind and took a lot of care to help load everything into the car to make sure it wouldn’t slide or topple. It really meant a lot, coming from a place that’s been a family favorite for decades. I want to give the team at Peppo’s in Orland a thank you from the entire Scanlan/Putz family for making a hard day just...
