Which Wich — Restaurant in Orland Township

Discovered this place a few weeks ago. Actually, I've known about it for a while because I work very close and just never came because I figured it was just like every other sandwich place. Decided to give it a try and I've come back twice already. Everything about this place is awesome. Great, friendly service. Delicious sandwiches. Even the sea salt and cracked pepper house chips are fantastic.

First time I went happened to be a Wednesday and I probably looked like a first timer as I was approached by very helpful staff who explained everything to me. They have a $5 sandwich on Wednesdays Wicked I think it's called. Ridiculous amount of meat and you can pick and choose your toppings. I paid like $9-$10 for a very filling sandwich with chips and drinks. It can get a little pricey depending what you order on other days but for the quality and quantity you won't here me complaining. Plus you get what you want because you decide what goes on your sandwich.

Aside from the great food and service I really just want to mention the set up. I love the idea you guys have when you first walk in where we are presented our options and fill out one of the sandwich bag order sheets where we can take our time and choose what we want. It eliminates the awkwardness of standing in line trying to decide what you want if you're not sure. This way there's no awkwardness and no line hold up either. Great idea.

ordered on their website for delivery and order said order would be delivered in 1 hour so an hour and a half passed order still wasnt delivered so I called the store they said the door dash driver left an hour ago. let them know I ordered from their website not door dash they said they had to call driver and would call me back. they called me back said the driver tried to deliver the food but I was not at the address provided and he tried calling me. I had the food delivered to my job where I sit in the front desk and no delivery was made, i never got a phone call from the driver and the woman says she can remake my order and it would be delivered to me in an hour, i told her no thank u because it has been over 2 hours by now asked for a refund and never received my refund. i will...

Ok, best place to get different kinds of sandwiches! Seriously, I should have been a customer when they first opened. The staff is always the same and always friendly. The guy ringing up customers is very patient and respectful. The two ladies making the sandwiches are efficient and make the orders the correct way every time. They are very organized and know what they are doing. A tip for those that haven't gone yet, when you walk in, fill out an order slip of what you want and then bring it to the counter to be rung up. You have to read what slip goes with what sandwich. Looking at their menu online really helps. Prices are awesome! I've had the hamburger, pepperoni, and Italian sandwich.
