Quite possibly one of the best breakfasts' you can get in orlando! i love there sausage egg and cheese w/ bacon on croissant ! and there fresh bagels are to DIE FOR!
Edit: 8 years later, been coming here for about 10 years. Me and my girlfriend get a half dozen dougnuts and a everything bagel with cream cheese. Get our stuff move along our way. make it about 8 min or so down the road.. Girlfriend feels bagel and says that it wasn't toasted, we pull over and I proceed to feel it.. RAW. No problem might have made a mistake, who doesn't right? I go through the drive thru and I speak to the woman who was working the front. I explain to her that we wanted a toasted bagel.. ? and that this was like visibly and physically not toasted to any degree (not to mention the cream cheese smear was lack luster). I tell her that we would like to have one that is toasted. She then tells me that they DON'T TOAST THERE BAGELS? "30 Years we have been here and we HAVE NEVER toasted our bagels. Well we don't any more." She then explains that they grill there bagels and since they are thick(?) they can't be grilled that much and that's what it is. I tell her that when someone orders a bagel with cream cheese they expect it to be toasted in some manner. But this bagel literally wasn't at all, didn't even seem to have been put on this grill. I ask if she could then GRILL me a new one but to just do it for longer. "You'll have to buy a whole new one." She literally gave me a raw bagel with a smidge of cream cheese and says that toasters are friggin myths and that if I want what I initially expected of the place that LITERALLY HAD TOASTERS FOR YEARS to toast my bagel and not give me a piece of bread with cream cheese. Honestly THIS PLACE FELL OFF. Peace out bakery plus it was nice at the start, BUT YOU CHANGED. Never going back, i don't trust anybody who serves untoasted bagels and thinks that is a thing. Doughnuts are sub par too, go literally...
Read moreI had not been to Bakery Plus for about 2 years. While in Orlando on family matter, I decided to stop in for my favorite cinnamon roll. Boy what a shocker. I got a ahem cinnamon roll (no cinnamon to be found in the roll) and a half dozen (glazed) donut holes. I took one bite of one of the donut holes and it tasted stale. There was very little glaze on it like it had been sitting around for a couple of days. I went back to the window and asked for my money back and owner refused saying they could not take back. When I got home, the cinnamon roll (honey bun) was equally disappointing. Very little glaze left on a roll that did not appear fresh at all. When I sliced into it, there was no ribbon of cinnamon. A bland and tasteless waste of my time and money. I ended up throwing half the roll away and the rest of the donut holes. This is not the Bakery Plus I loved. Will never go back. Recommend you get donut...
Read moreThis has to be the oldest donut shop in the immediate community of Conway. Family owned and operated, they're open during the weekdays and have served simple classic yeast raised and also cake donuts to multiple generations of Conway residents and Boone High School graduates. Donuts are reasonably sized and reasonably priced and it's really hard to just get one or two when a dozen is such a good value. They also make some of the absolute best breakfast sandwiches you can find, with turkey and ham options in addition to the usual sausage and bacon. You can get a sandwich on your choice of a large flaky croissant, or a big soft house-made bagel. Not sure which step of the traditional bagel they aren't taking, but the fluffy bagels are so lovely for sandwiches! There are a couple other items on the menu, but I have a hard time straying from the things I named because it's already so...
