Hello, I want to make a call to the Latino community and to anyone who has never visited this place, you should be very careful when visiting this site since this place is a complete trap, and they will try to steal your money because apparently what they pay the employees is not enough, and they will not hesitate to charge you 10 dollars more for a locker or 50 dollars for your key šā¦ā¦ I'll tell you since I arrived at the facility on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 1:00 in the afternoon, a man assists me, I did not like his way since he yelled a lot and was upset and very rude, well I did not give much importance to the issue, I grabbed my key and my things and entered, as the hours passed I decided that I would stay about 6 more hours and 30 minutes before I go to the resection of the place and I ask them how much they would charge me for the renewal but in another room since I did not want the VIP room because it seemed unnecessary to me because there is no difference between the VIP room with a cost of 70 dollars to the DELUX rooms that have a price of 52 dollars, they told me that there was no problem that if I could change rooms and do the renewal, they do not give any other information or anything like that, but after 30 minutes the time of the change arrives, that is, to renew while I am collecting everything this man arrives at the room and tells me that they no longer have more rooms available that if I wanted to renew It would be the VIP room, which was the same room I was in. I didn't like the idea very much, but I accepted and decided to leave all my things again and proceeded to pay the $70 for the renewal. šļø Here comes the problem when I arrived to my surprise the same man who went to my room to tell me that there were no more rooms available charges me 79 dollars for the room and tells me you only have 4 hours,,, I am surprised and ask him why he charges me 9 dollars more than the first time and on top of that he gives me two hours less because it was not 6 hours. He is very upset and tells me that the 9 dollars are because I was late in delivering the room, mind you, a delay of 15 minutes, the same time that he was there, he started talking to me and told me that there are no more rooms...

If they deliver you attitude, it is only because you started with your own attitude. Second off, yes, the facilities could be margalizingly better... in a perfect world, they would have a Tiki bar where they serve fruity cocktails and jello shots, but this is the real world, where that requires a six figure Florida liquor license and even with a cover charge to enter property, they would need a license for this endeavor, besides the fact they are open 24 hours a day. Third, the cover charge... yes, have it. For other competing venues like Hanks and Barcodes, where liquor is sold, if someone wishes to be in Club Orlando, they will pay for the privilege, this keeps the riff raff out that wishes to cause problems. No one will bring their attitude if they have to be somewhere. Fourth, stop complaining about the price, I have seen you guys spend more for a latte and a sandwich at Panera Bread.... seriously. They are a business, not a charity. Finally, to be clear, there are worse places in Orlando. Yes, as much as this place could be better, this place can be much worse and it isn't. You come to this for a few reasons.... my reason is the hot tub and swimming pool and others come for many other reasons, which is fine, but don't come there for the staff's 5 star customer service or some other lofty...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreClub Orlando is very well maintained and the amenities are very good for the price...I've been to several gay saunas throughout the eastern United States and Club Orlando is absolutely one of the better ones. I'm not sure what the critics expect when they complain about staff, pricing, etc? The front desk people have always been civil to me and check in is quick and easy. I actually don't think it's appropriate to need to ask questions or to be clueless about the membership fees and rental rates or amenities. Do your homework! Once you're checked in, figure out the vibe and create your own experience. That isn't the staff's responsibility. The Club is always very clean when I visit. I've always been able to relax and enjoy myself because I regard anything that happens beyond the use of the facilities as a bonus, not an expectation. Of course, I am also receptive to anyone with good manners and hygiene. I don't give attitude to anyone who treats me with courtesy. There's usually a lot of cool guys hanging out, relaxing and having fun. It's what you make of it and Club Orlando management and staff facilitate that experience in my opinion. By the way...please stop commenting on the "broken" steam room! It's a Covid thing...bone up on your microbiology folks! With a viral pandemic you really don't want to hang out in a warm, humid...
