I recently purchased BTC using a Bitcoin ATM registered to this very location. The guy who operates the store has the Bitcoin ATM aspect of his business registered in the search engines as a separate entity called: Buy Bitcoin Orlando. The BTC purchase process seemed smooth and convenient at first, until after the transaction posted to my wallet. I discovered the hard way that I was charged 39% of the BTC I purchased. I contacted the guy and mentioned the discrepancy, only to discover his unwillingness to be transparent about the fees set by himself as operator to the store. He claimed that each transaction could receive anywhere from 15% to 18% for cryptocurrency purchases through the Bitcoin ATM. However, that was certainly not the case. When I confronted him about the aggregate Bitcoin ATM purchase fees, he gave an alternate phone number for me to call. I called the number and of course no one answered. The voice-mail message was the guy disguising his voice to sound "nasal," asking to leave a message. Apparently, this is the store owner's personal scam, as it could prove difficult to correct these types of situations dealing with cryptocurrencies. The people who do these things are committing blatant fraud and should be reported to the state and federal government (FTC) for their fraud. These scam artists choose to make a living defrauding innocent people simply trying to get ahead. Please report this guy, so he either stops or get shut down. Thanks!

For response from the store owner recently. The address / location has been verified as Computer Tech Solutions, who are the culprits to the Bitcoin ATM scam posted here. The address is in the public record and already verified by Google Maps. The store owner(s) apparently have no intentions to correct their fraud against people simply wanting to purchase cryptocurrencies for future trends,...
Read moreThis whole encounter took less than 45 seconds of me parking at this business and moving my car after being told to move to pick up an ready-for-pickup doordash order, as it takes 15 seconds for a first impression in psychology. Off of my first the impression the verdict of this business is guilty. This business needs 0 stars. I was here around the area to pick up a door Dash order. Once my fiancé went to go pick up his door Dash order and I was waiting in the car a older white man proceeded to exit the entrance and take a picture of my license plate. He said the parking was for customers only and he would be proceeding to call law enforcement , we both proceeded to go into the store and asked him politely to stop harassing us. We respect his business as I am a business owner of my own but there was no need for the poor customer service and lack of respect. Me and my fiancé were antagonized by an older white man with a blue shirt told us to get out, and told us that we wouldn’t do anything because we are scared ,Parking was for customers only and there were no incoming customers there as well as no other customers coming. Law enforcement would be involved when we were just trying to pick up a order from tin and taco next door. I would not recommend, I have very strong moral beliefs and I do not like the...
Read moreWent in for RAM. The guy (who claims isn't the owner, his previous replies to other people confirms otherwise, Ricardo) replaced my RAM. He then said the old RAM was bad and he had to keep it to get refurbished. When i asked for it back, he said it was a store policy to keep it, "I've been doing this for 30 years, that's how we do it." He said he couldn't do anything because he was just a store manager, then when i asked for the owner's information he said he can't give it to me because the owner would "ream him out." The call ended with "I'll give the owner your information, if he calls you, he calls you, if he doesn't...i dont know what to say."
Also a $300 bill for 32GB of RAM and blow/cleaning out the system and a recommendation for a $200 fan. I would try a few other places before this one. Or use this post to be aware. Computer...
