I tend to go to the Walgreen's clinic a lot and have no issues but the last time I went was horrible. My husband had the flu and needed to be seen. We made a 8am appointment and arrived 10 minutes prior. The nurse walked passed us at 8:05am and went straight to the office. We waited and finally by 8:20am I approached her office and told her hey we are here for an 8:00am. Her response was "my computer is down I'm trying to fix it and you may want to seek elsewhere." We waited a few more minutes and decided to check out the urgent care across the street. Their wait was 2 hours therefore we came back to Walgreens. This time (9:00am) her door was closed. There were two patients who had signed in and where waiting to be seen at this time but didn't know what was going on. Since it was closed I seek the manager to see if he knew if her system was back up and she was seeing a client. He had no idea her system was down previously and escorted me to the pharmacy. The pharmacist didn't know anything about it either and gave the nurse a call. She told them "her system was down and she wasn't seeing anyone". She never put any signs stating otherwise nor did she tell anyone unless they seek out the information. Horrible customer service and just patient ethics. If you have patients waiting at least have the courtesy to inform them. I complained to their corporate. They gave me a reference number and called me once while I was at a meeting at work. I called back was transferred twice. The second time was told to leave a voicemail that someone will get right back to me. It's been two weeks... Needless to say if you are truly sick beware you may not be seen...

I left my prescription for an important medication in the late afternoon. I asked for confirmation that the medication would be ready by the end of the day since it is vital for me right now. They ensured me.
I was waiting all day for the text, and when it never came I called back to inquire. They couldn’t even find me in the system. Apparently they hadn’t entered me in their system — they couldn’t find me through phone or DOB or name. Then the pharmacist asked me to read the prescription for him. When I do, he goes, “oh I remember you. Yeah, I had to call another pharmacy to confirm your prescription but they never got back to me and I forgot about it. They’re closed now and there is nothing I can do”.
He had a no-care attitude and had no interest in helping me. He clearly didn’t care that I couldn’t get my medication on time. There was plenty they could do. They could have called me to let me know there was an issue. They could have followed up with them and not have “forgotten” me. If you want your meds, PLEASE go to the CVS across the...
Read moreThe pharmacy run by Diane G. Cabasan RPH. at store # 5658 is not only unprofessional but unorganized. So much so that people lined up and each seat is filled while waiting for prescriptions. Some waited over 8 hours. Myself well....had the pleasure of waiting a lucky only 5 hours! Peter one of their assistants failed to enter in 1 of the 2 prescriptions that i needed. He reassured me that it would only be 15-20 minutes to correct THEIR mistake. Timer set. Time comes. Oops Mr. Peter failed to enter it in once again as promised. Lucky for me as i sat in throbbing pain Juliane; THE ONLY helpful assistant took leadership and showed grace in completely the task by having it done in 5 minutes flat. The girl should get a raise for the amazing customer service she provided. As for Diane G. Cabasan....well your running one of the worst pharmacies in Orlando i have ever been to. You win the FAIL award. Thanks for all the pain and hardship you have caused me....Go back to pharmacy school and learn your job...
