The drive through was backed up so much farther than normal I decided to go inside. What a mistake. First the dining room looked so dirty- tables and the floor. There was a group of people huddled by the opposite door and I wasn’t sure what was going on. I was the only person who was actually in line (until other people huddled by the other door followed me realizing where they needed to go). There were SO many people behind the counter- maybe some sort of shift change at 4pm, yet nobody was helping people standing there waiting to order. There were two people in management shirts in the mix. I made eye contact with each of them and many others but nobody bothered to help. A man came and spoke to some of the people by the door to see what their names were. After an 8 minute wait I thought maybe you can’t order at the counter and have to order mobile but then a very nice young man took my order. He seemed new and was doing his best. After I ordered, you have to go back past others waiting to order because they have blocked the natural flow out with the pick up area for food delivery services. Then there was no place to wait- now I know why everyone is huddled by the door. The order came out quickly and another employee called my name. I stepped forward and took the bag and mentioned I just needed the drinks. She said you don’t have your drinks? I said no but thought what makes you think I have drinks? I have a to go order and I’m standing here without drinks- so nope. She went and got them for me and went to hand them to me. Im holding a bag, a purse , and you’re handing me 2 drinks - I asked for a drink carrier. She turned to go back to get it. She popped it open and handed it to me- so I set the drinks down to take it and put the drinks in while she watched. I said thank you and of course she said my pleasure. I said excuse me to all the people huddled to try to get out. I felt very much this location doesn’t care about anything except the drive through. The inside is not customer friendly at all. To top it all off the meal was subpar for a Chik-fil-A. Disappointment all the way...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst CFA I’ve ever been into. I unfortunately live closest to this location, so I keep giving them chances for some reason. I always leave here in a worse mood then I was before I walked in. Weird how that works, you’d think you’d feel better. Rudest CFA staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. This location is ran by 85% 16-18 year olds. I walked up to the counter one time and the girl goes “dine in or carry out? Please say carry out” at 8:00 on a weekday with 3 people in the building….. like who says that?… I said “yeah dine in please” and she looked at me like I was doing something wrong? I gave my wife a CFA coupon card for a free me and told her to go get some the other day… she came back and told me that they couldn’t get the card to work so they made her PAY, AND TOOK THE COUPON MEAL THAT WAS NOT YET USED. My wife told me it wasn’t working because on the screen the girl was ringing in a spicy sandwich the whole time for a regular sandwich meal. Obviously the coupon is not going to work when the item is not rang in properly. Then they steal the free meal away from her. They are lucky I was not there, because I would not have gotten robbed by the CFA employee like that. That’s just my past 2 experiences at this CFA. Avoid at all costs, CFA Lee Vista is MILES better. Never had 1 issue in 5+ years at that location. Somehow I have an issue every single time I go to this location. It’s ran by incompetent high school kids… what do you expect. Thank you for stealing from my 8 months pregnant wife CFA 👍...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal Chick-fil-A fan for years, so I’m always excited when I get the chance to grab a quick meal from them. I placed an order through the mobile app and went through the drive-thru last night, but when I got home, I was shocked to discover that my chicken sandwich was completely missing the chicken. Yes, you read that right—just the bun and the condiments.
Now, I know mistakes happen, and having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I didn’t let it bother me too much. It was just a little odd to think someone might order a chicken sandwich without any chicken, but I figured I’d go back and get it resolved. Fast forward to today, and I return to the location hoping for a quick fix. (1/4/24 roughly 3pm)
I asked to speak to a manager, explained the situation, and was hoping to leave with a fresh sandwich with the chicken it was supposed to have. But instead of the customer service I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A, the manager’s response was disappointing. She told me, “there’s nothing we can do, there’s no way to know” what happened. When I suggested they check the security cameras to clarify the mix-up, she seemed to brush off the idea completely.
Honestly, I left feeling a bit confused and let down. I’ve always loved the brand for its reputation for friendly, reliable service, so this experience felt out of place. It was a small issue, but the way it was handled left me feeling pretty disappointed. Chick-fil-A, I know you...
