Had purchase a yoga sweatshirt and sweatpants and took items to return next day because they didn't look good and had reciept in bag . Well the cashier said the 2 articles of clothing smelled like smoke and her Store Manager has a policy to not take back if had smoke smell of Cigarettes on it . I told her to show me where it says no refunds if that occurs. She said this time she will do it but he doesn't have to know. Craziest thing I have heard when the items had tags and reciept. Customer service sent me to the Winter Park Village store because they didn't have any in the system but I know it was at the WP store. I think they just didn't know how to handle it. I was a Grocery Store Assistant Manager & that's something you never did. Let the customer leave unhappy & I bought nothing else. You can definitely be sure that I would never go to this store again. I was in Target. Everybody had mask on, I was greeted coming and going. There was a person at the front door cleaning baskets for you to take. The store was clean. I didnt find the item on the self what was advertised but the store associate who didnt speak much English was helpful and with a little patience helped me out. She scanned the items to find the one I was looking for to see if they had it in stock and when they didnt she looked it up online to see if they had it in stock at another location.
